I've used Point Plumbing 2x in the recently. The first time was to replace the main shutoff valve in my home and the second time was to replace an old mixing valve.

Both times the arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. This is a boring review, but isn't that the best kind? You call a plumber for a problem, he arrives on time, and he fixes the problem quickly.

I just wish they would take credit cards without charging a fee. I'm used to electronic payments but I wrote a check this time to avoid the fee.

Thank you Scott for fixing so many small projects in our old house in Kaimuki... Scott was very honest, and professional.. Explained what was being done as well... He certainly restored my faith is plumbers...

Needed some faucets repaired. They gave me an estimate, which was mid range of other estimates I was getting. I liked their professionalism over the phone so I decided to give them a try. Scott was 1 hour and 45 min late. He liked to talk story....and charged me for the time he was talking about non business stuff, since he charges by the hour. He didn't do everything he was supposed to do cuz he didn't bring all the supplies needed (even though I kept reminding him beforehand what we need to get done). He wanted to charge me for him to come out an additional day. So his mid range estimate ended up being higher than all my other estimates.

I just so happened to see water dripping down under the house as the shower was running. I thought to myself: Great, I'm going to need new shower values = $$$$.
Got a referral to Point Plumbing and gave them a call.
Kathi asked what was going on and asked me to take some photos to show her my concern and we made an appointment for Scott to take a look.
Scott came on time and looked under the house. He asked me to run the shower to see what was going on.
He said the drain had come undone, he went to his truck, got brackets to support the pipe and fixed it in-a-jiffy.

whew, no costly repair.

Bottom line: I would call them again. (oh, and they are super friendly)

Side Note: when we remodeled our kitchen, Scott did the replumbing. I just didn't know it until he said, "I know this house." Ha ha.

Professionalism at its best! Experienced, quick without lacking attention to detail this business is the best.
I'm not normally one to write a review about a non restaurant business, this one deserves it! The schedule was all but full, with the help of Kathi she narrowed down a time where they could schedule a visit.
To minimize cost/time Kathi made sure she knew what the problem was, defined the specifics and made it easy on all parties so as not to incur extra visit fees. She minimized downtime and streamlined the repair ensuring productivity without excess costs to the customer.
The repair went smoothly as their team have a decade plus experience. A great company to have on your team as a homeowner or a management company.
Go with them, you won't be disappointed!!!

I have been a customer of Scott White and Point Plumbing for nearly 20 years. Scott has taken care of all our plumbing needs ranging from emergency calls to major plumbing for home renovations. At this point he knows our pipes inside and out (from the Board of Water Supply connection in the sidewalk all the way to the end of the property) and if anything goes wrong he is quick with the right solution. He takes good care of us.

Scott is very skilled, highly knowledgeable and experienced and he applies himself to each challenge with great commitment. And on top of that he's a really nice guy, too. We have had our share of plumbing problems from old pipes and he has really helped us out on many occasions. We won't use anyone else. That sums it up!

Point Plumbing has been fixing the plumbing in my house in Waialua for the past 6 years. Scott is always there so fast if there is an emergency. His work is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone needing a first rate plumber. One of the best tradespeople I know.
