The best!!! I literally can't say enough good things about this company. First they got out to us the morning after Christmas when a pipe of ours froze and burst and discovered the problem, and had it fixed and water back on very promptly.

More recently, we noticed a weird smell (not gas) coming from our dryer and oven burners and called Peoples Gas to find out we had an outside gas line leak that was in the process of ""powdering off"" (what we smelled). They turned off the gas and said we needed to get a plumber out to our house to replace the line.Without specific gas line insurance, they told us to expect it to cost around 3-5k. The day after it happened, a different plumbing company came by to give us our first quote before the Poillucci guys arrived. This plumber told us it was a 4-5 day job requiring 8-10 men. They also told us there were water and electric lines running next to our gas lines making it dangerous to dig around which necessitated the following price:18k . We were shook.

The Poillucci team arrived later that day, the same two guys who promptly fixed our water issue a few months prior, took a few pics, quoted us 4.5k (exactly what we were expecting) and said they could be back the next morning at 8am to fix it. They also informed us that the water and electric lines were NOT running anywhere near the gas pipe like we had been told. These guys arrived the next morning at 8am and had the gas line replaced by 10:30am!!! People's Gas came to inspect and turn everything back on and the one guy looked at me and said that they did a ""fantastic"" job. They had the holes refilled and were gone by 2pm. Now I can take a hot shower. These guys do not mess around. Call them for your plumbing needs!! They are honest, hardworking, efficient, and SO LEGIT. Do not waste your time with any of these other companies. Poilluci Plumbing is literally the best!

I had a really great experience with Poillucci Plumbing. Our office had a leaking water heater that we needed to replace before it caused significant damage. I asked around the office and one of my coworkers recommended them from work they did at his house. I called and spoke with them on the first try. They had me send some photos of the water heater and location, got me a very reasonable quote a couple hours later, and were here the next morning to do the job, leaving no mess behind. Really professional outfit who I will be calling when I need help again.

A complete rip off. They were only there for 40 minutes but charged my elderly mother $230 to show up and snake a clogged toilet then an additional $260 to remove, clear and reset the toilet.
Absolutely ridiculous. I am a service technician myself and we charge a half day minimum. But you get up to 4 hours. Not an excessive charge for each individual task.

Poillucci came to me as a reference and I think it's only right to pass that on to others. Great experience from initial phone call to job completion.

Needed a second opinion on a potential drainpipe issue and Nick spoke candidly and with clear expectations from the start. I ended up having them replace the basement toilet from its concrete foundation and run/brace new piping through to the area. The Poillucci team also cut and replaced part of my stack with new pipe and a cleanout for quicker access in the future. Pricing was fair, the quality was great, and they respected our home throughout the project.

5/5 recommend.

In the sewer line protection program through Peoples, who have only sent Poillucci Plumbing to my aid on multiple occasions over the past few years. Friendly, professional service at all points of contact and every time. Very attentive to call & efficient. They're great! Highly recommended.

Contracted by Peoples Protection services to replace the water service line due to a leak. Workers arrived promptly and completed the required repairs in less than half a day. Cleaned up everything, including hosing down the muddy street. Only needed to dig a trench roughly 6 feet by 3 feet and pulled the new copper tubing underground while pulling out the old tubing.
Would use again if needed.

We've used Poillucci Plumbing for years and had a great time experience every time. They are professional, experienced and honest. This company is top notch and we will continue to use them in the future. Nick thanks again for squeezing us in in such short notice. Great local business!

They charge $85 just to get a quote. I live one block away from the location. Decided not to move forward, wish their pricing/process was better.

The plumber was so disrespectful and extremely rude. I work in customer service and nobody should ever degrade someone and converse with someone the way the owner talked to me.

This was the second time Polucci Plumbing came to fix my water line as well. When fixing it the second time, one of the workers said how they remembered seeing seeing a huge brick near the waterline the last time which he insinuated that that may have been part of the line breaking right next to the brick for the second time.

Additionally, the line was repaired and the water was turned on. However, I was not getting any water. I had to call Polucci to come back out since nobody had asked the residents to check to make sure the water was running properly.

When he returned the next day and ""fixed"" the issue; I was only getting a trickle of water. I called the plumber back as soon as he left and he had an appalling demeanor and said he had to ""go to work."" I replied, ""this is your job and what you were hired to do."" He asked if I took off my shower head to see if there was any debris behind it, which I had not done, because I would not know to do that since I am not the plumber.

My water pressure was great prior to Polucci Plumbing ""fixing my line"" (there was a leak from the yard; Therefore, this did not effect the actual water pressure in my home, prior to Polucci coming out).

Furthermore, the water pressure is still low and trickling in the shower. I am so displeased with this whole experience, especially when someone is getting paid to do their job and do it correctly in a professional manner.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
