Tyler and Poetic Plumbing did a really fantastic job installing a new gas line to my home. It was an unexpected expense for us. After getting several quotes, Tyler came in tied with the cheapest bid and did the best job of setting expectations for what the work would entail. Every other plumber tried to talk me out of getting proper permits. Other plumbers even lied and said the permit process would take weeks or months. Tyler wanted to do things the right way, and was clearly experienced as he told me how it would go and everything happened exactly as he said it would. From start to finish the full job, including inspections, was done in three days. The contractors he used to refinish drywall and fix concrete were both outstanding. A+++ across the board I would call him again for any plumbing needs I have. Thanks Tyler!

One my toilets was draining slow and I had a couple of leaky faucets and my shower valve was kind of crunchy. Tyler came to my house the next day and snaked my toilet drain. Fixed leaky faucets and replaced the shower valve cartridge so everything works perfect. He's really clean, really honest and a genuinely nice guy. Got a really great deal too. Give him a call!
