Both my toilets and tubs were flooding,
I reached out to Tyler at Poetic Plumbing and he was able to get to me quickly, i liked that right away he gave me a few prices from what I told him over the phone. He also told me to stop all running water. When he arrived he checked everything and yup he knew what to do. He was able to unclog the mainline which was causing the toilets and tubs to flood.
I'll forsure have Poetic Plumbing return if I have any other Plumbing issues.
He's very knowledgeable and perfessional and what he quoted me he charged me so I liked that.

Valve to my irrigation supplied by main water line broke the day before so had to shut off water to the whole house. I had different company come in initially, quoted me a ""weekend pricing"", however they did not even have the part and could not fix it on the spot and would come back the following day. So we did not have water. I asked a few friends and was reffered to POETIC Plumbing. Contacted the owner and master plumber Tyler the following morning. He came right away, fixed the problem and adjusted my water pressure to the house in less than an hour. Not only he came truly duly prepared for the job, his pricing was very reasonable.. Tyler and Poetic Plumbing did a really fantastic job installing a new gas line to my home. It was an unexpected expense for us. After getting several quotes, Tyler came in tied with the cheapest bid and did the best job of setting expectations for what the work would entail. Every other plumber tried to talk me out of getting proper permits. Other plumbers even lied and said the permit process would take weeks or months. Tyler wanted to do things the right way, and was clearly experienced as he told me how it would go and everything happened exactly as he said it would. From start to finish the full job, including inspections, was done in three days. The contractors he used to refinish drywall and fix concrete were both outstanding.
