Fast, reliable and transparent! Isaac just fixed my faucet. They're very kind and understanding of your plumbing issues, reliable, always there exactly when they say they'll be there, Judy is super helpful over the phone, they work with Insurance well, and they work quick, and use high quality products! I highly recommend them!!

I used them in the past and they are very busy but they did a good job. The Home Shield Home Warranty company, was the biggest holdup. That wasn't Poe's fault. Poe's did do a great job last time. I tried to call them for an appointment. Unfortunately, all I got was a voicemail that was full the two times I called. I ended up calling another service.

Through American Home Shield, we set an appointment with Poe's for a leaking shower. They were very polite and prompt and came to the house quickly. Determined that a part needed to be replaced. It has been 3 weeks and radio silence. I left four messages and nothing. All I want is an update - do you have the part, etc. but they can't be bothered to return a call. Called AHS and cancelled them. Moving on to another provider. At least call people back!

Waiting OVER 20 days!!!! on a plumbing leak. This company got hired by my warranty insurance-American Home Shield back in June 27th. ""Aaron"" the tech from Poe's come out to check on 2 big leaks. He opened the kitchen faucet and went to check on the 2leaks. He took 2 pictures and said that was all he was doing that day. When I tried to ask questions on this..his response was .."" I don't know. I'm not the Insurance person."" And ""I don't know if they will cover this..."" he was horrible, lazy, sloppy and flat out short and RUDE! When my Boyfriend calls the office no answer and not call back. The insurance has been notified and called about this matter and no word from Poe's. Here we are are July 19!!!! And my leaks continue to damage. This is horrible. I can't believe that this plumbing company is allowed to continue to be a vendor/contractor from American Home Shield. They should not be allowed to go in to peoples homes. I am beyond upset. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. I hope this prevents some of you to end up in the same situation.

This company was the designated plumber under American Home Shield. It took them three weeks to let me know that since our water heater was under warranty, they would not be covered for the repair. I called every day for two weeks for updates and learned through the home warranty company that the repair wasn't covered. Their lack of communication, and their dropping the ball on informing me and the home warranty company delayed our water heater repair for two weeks. I still have to pay for the repair out of pocket but will NOT use Poe's plumbing -

The absolute worst - I am so disappointed, working with them was a complete waste of time.

I called in on a Thursday evening asking if they had a chance to go fix a plumbing leak on the roof, water had to be turned off to minimize damage. i must have called 16 plumbers in that area, no one could get out until next day and our cx was furious. So I called last on the list and it was Poe's. Judie answered and heard me out and understood the urgency of the call. She replied ""all my techs are on a full schedule until tomorrow, but let me make a few calls to the techs and see who is willing to go."" we hung up, and about 10 mins later she called me and stated "" I was able to persuade one of my guys to go lout and fix the leak. "" For this i give them 5 stars, within 1 hour and a half tech was on roof fixing leak. Since it was after hours I was expecting a bill of $500, not even close very reasonable pricing. I was happy with the service and so was thew cx for the fast response. I will recommend Poe's and definitely call next time for any plumbing needs. Thanks Judie and thanks Poe's.

I called for service on Dec 30 2021 for a stuck sump pump. Serviceman performed temporary fix and recommended follow up and that a second pump was advised. O de the course of the next three months and called spoke to a man and a woman about getting this fixed. I received apologies and promises to get back to me. Never happened. I called last week and asked if owner Scott could call me. Nothing back. This place is wholly unreliable. Almost 6 months later and no follow up.
