If no STAR was possible that would be my rating; this company does not stand behind their work. They gladly took $7500 from us for well and pump work; but now that we have a problem with the water pressure; which they assured us would never happen, they refuse to return our calls. When they answer the phone, Michael, their representative, hangs up on us, twice yesterday and twice today. When you call ""the office"" the vm says they will have a technician return the call in an hour; we've never received a return call. The owner, Kyle, doesn't respond to calls or texts either. BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE.

These guys were prompt and efficient. I was under a time crunch, selling my home, and needed to resolve a problem. Within 24 hours, they were on-scene. The tech's were pleasant, got to work, and took care of things that same day. They were also reasonably priced. Recommended for sure!

We had smelly egg / sulfur from our well for two years, we called Pocono Well and Pump and they installed a system that removed it. Price was fair and great service. Highly recommend them.

Our Well pump died. Called at 7, there at 8:30, new pump installed and operating by 11:00. I do not know how much better I could have done price wise, I priced them before my pump died and it was about what I expected to pay. Great job, very friendly people. Highly recommend.

If you are the type that likes to waste your money then Pocono Well & Pump Services are the ones to use.

Case in point: my sister and I visit our mom frequently here in PA. When her well pump wasn't working we contacted Pocono Well & Pump Services and they came over and fix the problem. What we found out later was that we were overcharged. Can you say rip-off?

I believe in an honest days work for an honest day pay. What I do not like is to be cheated! Please, do not get me wrong. I truly believe that they know what they are doing however... Watch your pockets!! And if they tell you that more work is needed... Get a second opinion. Fast!

Just make sure you have the funds necessary to fix everything otherwise... what is the word I'm looking for? Oh yeah...you are so screwed!!

We called them at 8:30 am on a Monday to assess our water pressure tank, and give us viable replacement options. In less than an hour, they arrived at our house, and were able to offer us 2 immediate replacements. We opted to upgrade our system after they explained the differences, and were incredibly professional and friendly the entire time. The work was done in reasonable time and our new system works great. We are completely happy with their work and would (and have already) recommended them to our friends. We will be contacting them for all of our future well work too.
