My water heater was about 28 yrs old so I thought to be proactive and get it changed. Chose pocket plumber and couldn't be more positive about my choice.
Also during the water heater install I asked Charles if he could give an estimate on a leaking faucet. He not only replaced a part but did not charge me any $ over the estimate of the water heater replacement.
Great customer service ... I would recommend this company (Charles) for any plumbing needs.

We just moved into a new home and we thought we had a problem with the shower not getting hot water. We called Pocket Plumbing on a Wednesday and they fit us in the next day. Turns out, nothing was wrong with the shower, but we didn't know how to use the controller properly! How embarrassing! But CW was super nice about it. He showed us how to use the shower properly and didn't charge us for the visit. I will definitely be using his company in the future for actual plumbing problems. He could not have been nicer! Customer service goes a long way.

Pocket plumbing is 5 star. Very honest very professional does great work . My brother and I called Charles to look at my mothers water lines under the house for the kitchen and wash room. We had several other bids but he explained very clearly and honestly the problem and grave us a very reasonable price . Very impressed and grateful with his honest hard working very professional work.

Our bath faucet just snapped and broke sending water running without an end in sight and we had to shut down the main house waterline in the meantime. Let's just say it's hard to live without water in the house. Anyway, Charles saved the day especially since he already had a full day schedule and it's Saturday. He is a super nice and reliable guy whom I would use again and again.

I have a regular plumber, but wanted a different brand of water heater than he offered. Charles listed a good, better, best on his site and I liked the best that was listed. He came out the next day and checked it out. Took out the 24 year old water heater and took it away, then brought a new one back from his supplier. His time estimate took a couple hours more than he expected, but he never changed the price of the install. He answered all of my questions.

I gave five stars because I couldn't give 100 stars. That is how awesome the service was. I lost water to my house this morning when a PVC pipe for my sprinklers broke. Another company came out and it was going to be almost $300 since that's their base service price. The owner, Charles, of Pocket Plumbing came and fixed it for free. All it needed was some glue and he didn't feel right about charging his base fee of $75 for such a minor repair. Water is back on in the house and I have found my go to plumber. Honesty and kindness is hard to find these days. Charles is proof it still exists. Thanks for getting the water flowing and being so nice and helpful.

We had minor water leak under sink. Called Pocket Plumbing and spoke to Toni. She is very nice and scheduled appointment for us next day. Toni called to let us know that tech was on their way. Sean came out and figured out problem and fixed issue right away. He is very professional, courteous, and did very good work at a fair price. We definitely will call them for future plumbing needs.

You do not even have to consider another plumber. Charles is terrific. Great. We live in Carmichael, and our 30-year-old Myson tankless water heater finally died. As in dead. And we assumed there was little likelihood that there were even parts available, and we were in a bind trying to figure out what we were going to do. In this case, it was Yelp to the rescue.

Based on Charles' 5-star reviews, we gave him a call and told him our predicament. That man came out the same day, gave us a price for a new Navien 240A, but with no basis for comparison, we told him that we would call him back the next day. The next morning we had one of the highly rated ""big"" plumbing companies come out to bid the job and they were way more than Charles. As in WAY more. Needless to say, we called Charles right away, he luckily had a cancellation for that afternoon, and he went out and picked up the unit. Charles showed up at our place early afternoon, and in order to make sure we wound up with hot water that day, he worked until 9:30 at night to get our new unit installed.

Charles did an absolutely great job. The unit is functioning much better than the old Myson, Charles completely cleaned up the area after he was done, and we could not possibly be happier. We have already recommended Pocket Plumbing to one of our friends, and we will continue to spread the word.

This man is one of the nicest men you will ever meet. His temperament is well-suited for dealing with people, and he handled the few unexpected issues that came up with total calm. More importantly, he is a terrific plumber. We strongly recommend Charles and his Pocket Plumbing for whatever your plumbing needs. We only wish we had companies like Pocket Plumbing for all of our household jobs.

Charles did a great job. The service, work and price were all excellent! I had a leaky water main pipe coming into my house I wanted repaired, and he was also able to replace the old shutoff valve and replace the old hose faucet for not much more $ at all. And this was all in the space of like 1-2 days after contacting him. I was able to get a quote the day after I called when Charles came by and I authorized work, which he began and finished- all before I got home from work.
I was really freaking out about not only the how much damage the leak could be doing to my house if it kept on, but also how expensive the job was going to be or how long it would take, or if something ""new"" would be discovered by the plumber. None of that is a worry anymore!
