David was excellent! Punctual, very courteous and thorough in explaining what needed to done with options. Our bathroom sink faucet was 20 years old with huge calcium build up. It was much easier and less expensive to replace it. He went to the nearby Home Depot and purchased a replacement which actually fit my expense range (he knew cost was a consideration). Anyway he was super nice and very thorough! Hands down, I highly recommend, another plus, they utilize technology (email receipts, voice calling and text confirmations. Very convenient!

I couldn't have asked for a better customer service from Charles. Charles was able to diagnose my low hot water pressure, in my kitchen and bathroom sinks. Charles showed me how to clean out the faucets. Charles also gave me very helpful recommendations, so this will not occur again. Very reasonably priced, for what he did. I wouldn't hesitate to use Pocket Plumbing in the future.

Charles is the best! I needed my kitchen sink unclogged and he came out the same day.. he was willing to fit me into his schedule for same day service which was really nice especially during the holidays. pocket plumbing. if you have a plumbing issue ask for charles at pocket plumbing. we thought we had a
broken pipe under our sink and figured an extensive repair. nope. charles has integrity and is honest. we just had a loose connection. apparently the vibration of the garbage disposal loosen the pipe fittings. he did a quick repair for a nominal charge. we need more service people with this type of integrity. i will definitely use pocket plumbing if a plumbing issue surfaces again.

Hired Charles and his team to help with a house flip I was doing. First time working with them and they did not disappoint. Re-piped the entire house, completed installs of the kitchen and bathroom supply lines for the sinks and drains, set tub and shower pan and hooked up supply lines for outside sprinklers. These guys work hard, do great work and are priced well. Special thanks to David who was out several times and goes above and beyond every time. Toni is great to work with as is Drew. Ridiculously over priced , I had to request for an itemized bill 4 times before we received a receipt with paid amount only. They provide a quote then over charge an additional $90, our quote was $250, and we were charged $345,00 with no explanation as to why. Our service call was to replace two wax rings and repair running toilet. ( toilet still runs) Service representative was here and gone within 65 minutes. I inquired on the additional amount charged. They told me service representative would return to explain.. He did not!! I called again and they reduced charge to the near to the quote amount.. Of $265.00
It took over a week to get an itemized statement. . We feel as if they gouged us in their price and we received terrible customer service.

I contacted them about having a few repairs done and to have two water heaters replaced. Charles the owner promptly quoted me and had the work done within a time that worked for us. The employees that performed the work were informative and easy to work with.

We will be using them again if anything comes up. The prices were fair and the work was done well.
