Patrick O.This company was recommended highly for their competence with hot water heaters. However, they agreed to come at a time which they did not honor. Not as agreed so no one was home as we had a graduation to attend. Coming at a different time than was agreed made it a failed visit so three were already were lost. Then we agreed to reschedule to 4 days later between 9 and 10 AM confirmed and they no showed all day. No returned calls or texts all day. Shameful customer service really. I would avoid this company at all costs if you want honesty and a warm shower.
