He is a honest plumber who won't try to up sell you and that's huge! I've used a few popular Livermore plumbers in the past and P&M beats them all hands down!

I was referred to Phil at P&M Prestigious Plumbing and I am so glad I was! I noticed Saturday afternoon my water heater was leaking. It looked like it had been leaking for a while and I didn't know what do to. I know a leaking water heater can cause a lot of damage, but I didn't know what constitutes an emergency. Not only did he reply quickly. He broke down the prices and options to replace it today or wait until Monday and get the best quality water heater at the best price. I was concerned if it could make it to Monday and Phil kindly offered to come by on a Saturday to make sure it wasn't an emergency. Phil was able to tell me it was safe to wait a few days and noticed the water heater may still be under warranty.

Phil came back Monday, was able to replace my water heater under warranty, saving me $$$$$$, and his prices were already $100s less than everywhere else I called. Not only did he replace the water heater, but he also put in all new piping around the heater. It is clear P&M Prestigious Plumbing takes pride in its work and goes the extra mile to make sure it is done right, so it will last. He was very easy to communicate with, made sure everything was working great and made the whole process so easy! I had no idea what to do and he took care of everything.

I hired Mike to renovate my bathroom last spring (March/April 2021). Experience has been awful. Took 2+ months to finish a small bathroom that should have been finished in 2-3 weeks (his estimate before I hired him) if things had been properly planned ahead of time. I didn't mind the 2+ month wait as much since part of the issue was due to supply chain issues brought on by the pandemic (mainly tiles, though Mike provided a wrong original estimate of how much tiling we should buy which caused much of the delay). But I noticed my shower head was leaking once Mike completed the job. I told Mike about the issue and he had me order a new cartridge to install. I have zero experience with plumbing so I needed Mike to come back to verify it's actually a cartridge problem and then help me replace it. After countless and countless reminders by me and my wife, it still took Mike 6+ MONTHS to come back and check on it. And the only reason he finally came was because I paid another plumber to check the showerhead and we realized it wasn't a cartridge issue at all. If Mike had just come to check his work, he would have seen it wasn't a cartridge problem back in May 2021.
He's still avoiding my texts and still hasn't called the Moen Professional line like he said he would this past Tuesday (1/11/2022). I'm now going to shell out more money (~$1000 more in total) and pay someone else to put a hole through my daughter's bedroom wall and fix the leaking shower head / piping / valve / ""whatever it is"" issue. The most disappointing part is the lack of ownership Mike's taken with his job. Even if he didn't think it's his fault, it makes absolutely no sense that it takes 6 months to come back and check his work if his customer is finding issues after paying five-figures for the job.

I was looking for bids on this tankless water heater project. I chatted with Philip Miller by text who was very educational and responsive by text. He helped me decide on the best heater for my home. I told him that I am trying to decide based on expertise, professionalism, warranty and cost. However, I did not go with his business as I met another contractor before him that is willing to do the project ASAP with a reasonable cost. But I gave him four stars for the previous effort.

Philip and Mike came to our rescue early tuesday morning when our water heater was having issues. The night before we had no water coming and we called them around 7:30 am and they were here at 9 am. We are so thankful that they arrived on time and right when i heard the water running. It was music to my ears. It took us the whole night to figure out what was wrong and they finished the job within 30 minutes. They gave us a fair and honest price. We will be definitely referring them to others.
