Two words, HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Was recommended by our next door neighbor and called them for a toilet that wouldn't stop running.
Quick fix which cost a whopping $248.40!
Breakdown:
$169 labor
$10.50 parts
PLUS
$69 service fee
Called and asked why there was a service fee on top of the $169 labor charge. Normally, a service fee would be included in the labor charge BUT not here. Its a separate additional fee... just because.
To add salt to the wound, called them back out because the toilet was still running after their visit.
Received ANOTHER bill for $69 and called and asked why. Their response was that the water running wasn't due to the flapper but because of pulling the chain too hard when flushing. BUT, they spoke with their manager and waived the $169 labor charge that they were going to charge in addition to the $69 service fee for the 2nd visit.
For real???

Save yourself the rollercoaster ride of price gouging and find a more reputable plumber with more than 2 stars here on Yelp! (should've checked before, ugh!!!)

I'm blown away by the professionalism of P & M Plumbing. I've had to deal with some horrible contractors before, and working with P & M Plumbing is a breath of fresh air. Kevin was respectful, responsive, and honest. I will absolutely continue working with P & M for all future plumbing needs.

I had P&M plumbing come to my home in Orange and their technician was amazing. He was in and out in about 30 minutes and he not only did he do a great job, he also clean the cabinet and put things better than we do!!

They gave me a very good price and I Highly recommend P&M Plumbing.

I believe this company went out of business several years ago. I loved them when I first moved to Santa Ana in 2000, but I'm sure they went out of business 5 maybe 7 years later. They are not on 17th Street.

Kevin at P & M is definitely your no. 1 guy for your no.2 problem.
We have a small business with 50 employees in Anaheim. Kevin has rescued us multiple times from backed up sewer drains. I'm surprised these guys don't have more reviews here, but I guess when you have as much word of mouth and repeat business as they do they don't need the Yelp hype. I called my realtor Sandy DeAngelis whom I trust very much and asked for a plumper referral. Before that I contacted and spoke with 3 different plumbers, but none impressed me or my wife or gave us confident to move forward. Sandy said these guys know these old homes very well here in Flora Park. After we agreed on the project for plumbing and gas line under the house as well as some other smaller projects we moved forward. I can tell you without too much details during the 8 hrs project Kevin and his team did such an awesome job, clean, organized, thoughtful, creative courteous and respectful while providing a very fair price. We did have an issue come up couple of weeks after, Brandon (Kevin's son) showed up within couple of hours and handled the issue quickly and effectively while making sure he communicated everything in details. WE are not EVER using any other pluming company thank you guys very much!!!
