I've used Paul to do my backflow testing since I moved into the area 6 years ago.
Last year the backflow test failed, and I was told I needed to have it resolved before this years test. The problem is the developer planted a tree in this area, and the roots had made it very difficult to access the unit, essentially the irrigation box was completely surrounded by roots.
I opted to work on clearing this area around the backflow unit myself, and got the area mostly cleared before the inevitable disaster occured, and I broke the water line. After having the Water Shut off I got a hold of Paul.
He came over and capped off the irrigation line so we could turn our house water back on. He then assembled a new backflow unit for me and (since I opted to self-install) walked me installing the new unit. The following weekend I finished clearing out the roots, installed the unit, and let Paul know I had finished so he could test the new unit.
He was a huge help, he went above and beyond in service, and his price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Our HOA recommended him because we were to get a discount. I went online last year and ordered service and paid the amount, but never heard anything back. This year when I contacted him, I found out that they had supposedly come out last year but couldn't locate the assembly, as it has apparently been covered over with rocks. He never attempted to contact us about this - no email, no note on the door - nothing. He is at least agreeing to refund our money, but I'm taking my business to a professional, reliable company.

Have used PM Backflow for several years without issue. This year they decided not to send their usual automatic email reminders with discount code to repeat customers with backflow assembly that is located behind a fence. Called Paul last week, left message. No return call so called again today. That is when he informed me of this new policy.
He was curt, went on a bit of a tangent about people & their locked gates. Was totally unprovoked & unnecessary. He said I could go on their website & order service for a higher price. Good business practice 101 (if you value your customers, that is): notify your customers of changes in policy. Don't just ditch them.

I have used PM backflow for years. It is simply the easiest way to do the pesky task of an annual backflow test. When the city sends me a reminder that is is time to have my annual test done, I just go online and order a test in around 60 seconds. Then it is done and off of my list. They come out and do the testing (I do not have to be home) and send the results directly to the city. Other than the quick sit down at the computer, my work is done and annual testing is off of my mind.

Please don't use Paul for your backflow testing. He was so rude on the phone and seems incredibly condescending to women. If you're not a water systems expert he'll make you feel like an idiot and a waste of his time.

Great to work with 4 years running. Although I'm a bit out of their service area (Beaverton) they accommodated with contract help. However, last year I missed their 'repeat customer' discount so scheduled anyway and changed my email contact.
Just wrote to them as I hadn't heard from them. They wrote back and said I missed this years discount because of a bounced email. Too bad. I've just scheduled with Oregon Backflow

We were looking for someone to test the backflow device on our irrigation system. Contacted PM BACKFLOW and they came out promptly to do the work. I would definitely use them again.

I've used these guys for the past couple of years to do my sprinkler backflow test as required for the city and the price is good as well as having quick service. They also alerted me to a small leak in my line that was costing me money.
