Hi there, I’m Robert, the head of Plymwr Plumbing. I have been in the plumbing industry for 20 years. My plumbing career started in the summers while I was in high school, I found that college wasn’t for me. therefore, I joined the plumbers' union straight out of high school. I spent 8 years in the union, when my brother and I decided to create our first plumbing company together. Eight years down the line, I branched out independently. At Plymwr Plumbing, we aim to be the most reliable, honest, and affordable plumbing service in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

This company did not seem to care about customer concerns at all. This was made clear as they said they only fix damage that is concerning to them. Then their field supervisor had to nerve to say damage was inevitable so basically ""oh well to the customer"". So that tells me they do not train their plumbers to remove residual water in the process of a job or clean up their mess. So, If you have a leak, they will leave the water there and say it was there before so we do not touch it. And then tell you to call a different company to fix it. I was only looking for probably $50 worth of cosmetic damage since the technician did not create the initial problem but he could have avoided me this headache. They also took the money upfront before the work was even started so that shows you who the really are. The only reason I had to do business with them was because I went through American Home Shield.

They were referred to me from my home warranty company. They did work that frankly did not need to be done, but insisted because I didn't know better and was home alone They arrived late and took forever. When I made the appointment, I let them know I had an engagement that evening, and they said they would be done in time. They weren't and my husky ended up having to stay home while they finished.

If you have ever had a bad experience with a Plumber- you will be just fine with this non-responsive PLYMWR Plumbing company. I have a feeling that they are desperate for jobs because they are on a rotation for First American Home Warranty service calls for places as far away as Brawley. Now a company that has a good reputation and works well with their customers should be able to stay busy without reaching this far away from their home base. WHAT DOES THIS TELL YOU - THAT THEY ARE THIS DESPERATE??? I asked them to release me from their claim to FAHW rotation so that I could find someone closer -and local- and one who would come out in less than four days. NOPE- they wouldn't do it. DESPERATE for work maybe???? Why??? If they were any good they wouldn't prey on customers who don't want to be their customers.
Now I am not pleased with FAHW either as they encourage this garbage way of doing business. Don't you think that asking for local service is ok? Obviously PLYMWR and FAHW don't believe in local service plans.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY LOCALLY OR AT A DISTANCE- if they are going to hold, a customer like me, hostage over a little home warranty job- there is something fundamentally wrong with them. If they ever do end up coming out to look at my job- they will just end up saying - we have to come back with a different set off tools- because they won't let me chat with a technician. --I guess they must get paid for each trip so they get their money from traveling not actually doing the plumbing!!!

This company maintains great Customer Service! I also had two different Plumbers (Phil and Bryce), both were very knowledgeable, professional, efficient but friendly! They patiently answered all of my questions! I called this Plumbing Co. for a 2nd opinion and chose them, plus their charge was 50% less than the 1st opinion Plumbing company. I will use Plymwer Plumbing Company again in the future if needed.

This plumbing company flat out lied and tried to submit estimates for further repairs (above what our home warranty would cover in the amount of $2950). 1) This plumber arrived and informed us they don't do electronic leakage since the company doesn't own one. However, speaking to our Home Warranty, they indicated the plumber submitted a $100 charge for a electronic leak detection so this is a flat out lie and billing fraud in my opinion. 2) Plymwr Plumbing had the audacity to submit to us their Billing Estimate in the amount of $2950 to repair a copper leak however our Home Warranty never received this estimate. I later learned my Home Warranty approved of the leak repair (up to $500) but it was Plymwer Plumbing who tried to upgrade further services by writing "" We have to modify the water line to repair, so we will convert over to PEX and reroute the water line through the walls and ceilings to make this repair last a lot longer than the original pipe lasted "". In nut shell, this company tried to add unnecessary services since this leak doesnt have to be re-routed or modified to repair a copper leak pipe per our Home Warranty. Do not Use this company and if you do...be very careful.

Man, these home warranties are sh#!t!! And the contractors they use are even worse. Plymwr dodn't even do anything when they arrived, I paid the fee in advance (cuz otherwise they won't make an appointment) just for them to tell me there was more to be done and that the warranty would cover it... 2 days later I get the estimate and it is for $650 just to fix a valve!
What a waste of time and money!

Worst service ever! The plumber was nice and all but did not fix the problem. My water heater stopped working and still currently not working. They did not fix the problem.

This company was coming to our house for a warranty call. We had to turn off the water to our house due to a leak. The soonest this company could come out was six days from the initial call. When they arrived we told them exactly what the problem was - we needed a new shut off valve at our water main. The man that came out said he couldn't do any repairs he was there to take pictures. Two days later we received a call with the estimate for repairs. They do not work on galvanized pipes, so 138 feet of pipe would need to be replaced to repair the shut off valve. The cost $13,000.00. Called out a local plumber and their charge for the repair, $500. Don't waste your time with this plumber.

Dreadful company. They came through my home warranty so had no choice. First plumber came out alone to install new tankless water heater so after he was done I had to help him lift the heavy, bulky old tank up the side of the house. He installed the wrong part and left before testing inside in a hurry to get to his next job. Renters complained that there was no hot water that evening costing me hundreds in refunded rental income. A week later the second rep comes out, a young inexperienced kid with no real tools or spare parts. He leaves in a hurry to his next job unable to fix the problem. Another week later the third rep comes out, makes some adjustments to the settings but again not knowledgable or tooled up. Leaves me no hot water again. I called the owner and left vm. He never would call me back. Tried to upsell me another add-on via a message through receptionist. At this point I contacted home warranty company to intervene. They let me find a reputable local plumber who immediately noticed the issue with an incorrect part installed in the piping. Took him ten mins to get my water hot again. The first installer had left the valve open letting cold water right back into the tank! Then my replaced the offending part, insulated the pipes and sealed the vent which these guys failed to do as well. Avoid at all costs.

Recently made a claim for service with American Home Shield(AHS) of a broken leaking garbage disposal. AHS assigned Plymwr Plumbing the work order. Plymwr Plumbing shows a Norco address, and a Riverside address. Who knows where the business really is. I received a call from Plymwr on a Monday advising they were very busy, but they would make it out to my place in the Coachella Desert by Friday between 8 and 10am. I accepted that. On Friday morning I received a text message from them advising they were running late and would arrive between 10 and 2 now. This texting dialog continued all day, pushing the time further and further, until they called at 5pm and cancelled. My advice to anyone with any kind of home warranty service in the desert is. If Plymwr is assigned to do the work, reject them for another vender. They appear to be desperate for work to take jobs 96 miles from their office. I didn't get to experience their work, but I can imagine the possible results. Very unprofessional company just trying to keep their head above water. BEWARE.. if they mess up something, good luck getting a return visit.
