I had an emergency sewage backup in my basement the night after Christmas. The first few companies I tried to contact were out this week, and I hesitated to call some of the larger companies who had sketchy reviews regarding their pricing. So I called Plungers. Kevin came over right away and stopped the overflow! He helped locate the cleanout (buried under a paver) and diagnosed the issue. While he couldn't completely clear the drain that night, he recommended a company with additional tools, and they were able to take care of the problem the next day. Anyway I appreciate Plungers' effort to help me out in a pinch and steer me in the right direction. I'd call them again when I have routine drain issues.

Our toilet got clogged late in the night. I called Kevin the next morning. He came over quickly, fixed it, and gave me some good advice, taking the time to explain to me how the system works. Also, the price was reasonable and he made himself available if anything else happened after the fix. 5 stars

Kevin was great! He not only answered his phone (which didn't happen with any of the other plumbers I called), but he was available to help and was very reasonably priced (another rarity). I thought he was very thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem with the disconnected pipes under my kitchen sink. I'll definitely call him again and have already shared his number with friends.

I strongly recommend them! They are very professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and prompt! Our bathtub was draining very very slow when I would take a shower. I tried using drano but it didn't work. I decided to call them before it would stop draining altogether. When he came he was friendly and polite. He really knew what he was doing bringing the latests equipment and unstopped it in such a short time. Now there is no water buildup when I take a shower.
