We are new home owners and we paid $250 during our escrow for a sewer inspection alone, so know I got that a sewer inspection is included in $99 Plumbing Inspection is mind blowing. Everything was redone before we bought but we'd had issues with our drainage so we thought let Plunger Pro do their full inspection since it includes the sewer camera. The shock when Plunger Pro found so many issues with the plumbing in what we thought was new. They put together a maintenance plan and put it in order of importance. What a peace of mind. I found them through an advertisement for a $99 Plumbing Inspection. Plunger Pro made an appointment with me, showed up on time and spent over an hour and a half inside and under my home. I like that they showed me videos and pictures of the issues with my home. I also like that they made me feel they have an honest opinion of what was more important to address immediately even though it wasn't the most expensive repair needed. I will call them to help me upgrade and repair my plumbing system as my funds come available.

Not knowing where the leak was coming from in the wall, the technician Will was able to use his equipment to find the leak quickly and repair the water line. My washer drain kept overflowing and I had William come over to inspect the issue. He took time went to the crawlspace and did a thorough inspection of the drain lines and let me know in details where the issues were. We ended up changing the drains for the washer and the kitchen sink. What I liked about working with William was his professionalism, competence, responsiveness, and above all attention to details. He made videos and photos not only from the drains, but also the water lines in the crawlspace and now I know where to focus for the next improvement of the plumbing system of my house.
