Great service! Jose did a great job with addressing the issues I had, communicated clearly about what needed to be fixed and was honest about easy quick fixes I could potentially do on my own. Prices were reasonable and I liked that he provided a quote beforehand and stuck to it. I also appreciated how mindful he was of not leaving a mess behind. Overall, very positive experience and highly recommended.

Giving two star only because he showed up at 8 PM on a week night when we needed to get our laundry faucets fixed. However for the 10 minutes of work that was performed, the charges were exorbitant. They would be high even for a licensed 24/7 plumber which as I understand he is not. Also, he couldn't turn back on my water which I fixed in a couple minutes after he left.

The water valve on back of our toilet was leaking I called my usual plumber but he wasn't available. He in turn referred me to Jose of Plumrelief. Jose called me within minutes and was available the same day unfortunately I wasn't but he said he could come out the next day which we scheduled the appointment. Jose had me send a picture of the leak and came back with a quote for parts and labor which I felt was very reasonable with the understanding that once he had a chance to see the problem in person it might change, (I was anticipating a change) but even though he had to do more than expected he stuck to the original quote. Jose worked quickly, quietly and cleanly, leaving the area better than it was when he began! His knowledge is well beyond his years! He is friendly and his work ethic is amazing! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

I had a great experience with José. He is amazing at what he does. he was so responsive and overall customer service was excellent. I had an urgent needs with my bathroom faucet and José responded very quickly and came in and did the faucets within few hours. I texted Jose to check out a leaking faucet. When he came, it turned out that the faucet itself was leaking and needed to be replaced. I ordered the new faucet online and when it came, Jose was prompt in making the time to come and install it. Very easy communication, prompt, professional and clean.... The pipe connected to the dishwasher has some holes on it and is leaking water. Jose came to my house as soon as I contacted him. He took a look and gave me a very decent quote. We agreed on the price and he immediately bought the parts and came back. He fixed it within an hour and everything is back to normal now. I highly recommend him to anyone who has issues on plumbing and will have him again next time.
