Growing up in the vibrant Bay Area, my passion has always been about serving my community. My journey into plumbing was unconventional, starting in hardware store aisles instead of with tools. In those aisles, I helped homeowners and identified a significant problem in the industry: mistrust and opacity.
My apprenticeship with an experienced plumbing contractor provided me with more than just technical skills. I learned the importance of integrity and authentic care. When I founded PlumRelief, my mission became clear: to combine hands-on expertise with a dedication to a transparent and seamless process for our clients.

Our second bathroom shower refused to drain, we give Jose a shout and he came out right away. He got right to work and wham, bam, thank you ma'am, it was fixed.
Not only that but he even checked that our rooftop drainage was clear after all this rain lately.

He also quoted me a very good price. He even came on Saturday to make sure it's fixed asap. While he was fixing the issue, it turned out to be much harder to fix because my house is very old. He was nice telling me all the details and fixed it perfectly.
