I highly recommend Plumr Inc for any plumbing, heating or mini split needs. Justin is a godsend. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with making decisions for what is actually needed while keeping the price down. Plumr Inc is not a self serving company. They gave me the best accurate information and high quality work. My son has had costly issues with his mini split installed by a different well known local contractor. I will definitely have him contact Plumr Inc for any future help needed. I really wish he had hired Plumr Inc for his mini split.

Plumr saved my day again. I woke up with a sink full of water and it is connected to the kitchen sink so it was an emergency. I called Plumr and Nick found a guy to come in 1 hour on a Sunday. Amazing! They solved the issue pretty quick. The guy knew what to do right away. Super clean and got some advise to avoid problems in the future

I was referred to Nick and his team at PLUMR and called them in for a second opinion on a significant plumbing issue. They had a tech at my home first thing the next day. We called Plumr after a particularly cold night where two pipes had burst in our house and we had no hot water as a result. Too busy, Plumr first came out to look at the situation, and then sent a third party independent plumber to do the repair. They were told from the start that we'd put in a very temporary, likely incorrect, fix to the burst pipe problem, and that this was the first place to look at when trying to resolve our ""no hot water"" issue. Instead of even looking there, they spent three trips to the house looking at the boiler, making 3 different unnecessary fixes that didn't solve our problem. On the fourth trip they finally took a look at the temporary fix, realized the problem, and fixed it in 15 minutes. They charged us $2,500 for all of the unnecessary work, and refused to consider even a compromise on the cost. Unfortunately, Plumr is very similar to many others in service industries today. Overpriced and unaccountable. Do not recommend.

Edit Reply: Sorry Nick, that's not true at all. You were the first on property, and when we discussed the issue with you, you said, ""Yeah, sorry, those are the breaks,"" essentially. You were the company we called, you were the one's on-site, you sent another plumber to do the job, and then you said you stood behind his work. Again, no accountability.

Plumr has helped us on two plumbing emergencies now. In both instances, Nick has been very easy to communicate and coordinate with. He is very responsive and is proactive about helping you determine root cause and if there are any DIY solutions, as to avoid incurring unnecessary expenses. It's a great way to do business. His teams have been professional, punctual, communicate well, do the job efficiently, and are looking to help you instead of sell you stuff you don't need. Pricing seems fair.

Very pleased with Plumr and will use them for my future plumbing needs.

Give these guys a chance. They have a fleet of techs. They also charge by the job, not the hour, so you need not be concerned about padding the bill with fabricated time. They have plenty of work so they won't waste time by moving like a tortoise like Hinchey Brothers.

I need to install a new water heater. Plumr quote me a price that is in the same range as other place that I call. So, I decided to use them.

On the day of installation, they come on time, finish their job on time. The final price is only $20 more than what they estimate.

Overall, it is a good service. Absolutely no hassle. I will use them again.

I haven't actually used them, but they were extremely prompt in responding to a request for service (within less than an hour of sending a Yelp request). Unfortunately, they're not currently serving my area (Wayland) so wasn't able to see their work first hand.

I had plumr come out to do some maintenance work. They were available the same day and communication was easy. I made a booking online.

The price was reasonable and in line with what other plumbers charged. I would hire them again!
