These guys were super! Replaced outside facet I hit with a car in our driveway (must have been about 50 years old). They put a freeze proof handle with new adapter piece and copper pipes on inside! And a new shutoff handle that is so easy to use!! They also replaced under a kitchen sink the copper that was very old and leaking enough to attract the critters. We got new hot and cold shut offs which work perfectly!! They also installed a bidet on a toilet replacing old single piece of metal connector with new flex hose!! Would hire them again!

Hands down, Plumbr is awesome and Nick is your guy. I hired him to replace nearly all the cast iron pipes in my house and he and Marcelo did a fantastic job. I got several quotes and his was not only the best price, but I felt most comfortable with how thorough he was looking at everything in the house before his estimate. Other companies didn't look as thoroughly and one never even called me back.

He was flexible with scheduling and worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible despite a whole bunch of complications on my end that came up. I especially appreciated his communication--I've never had someone answer the phone or call me back so promptly about a job, ongoing questions I had, etc. I'm not kidding. He also teaches plumbing classes so he really knows his stuff. I'll be recommending him to all my friends who need plumbing work as someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy and fair.

I had a great experience with Nick and Plumr. He responded to my Yelp inquiry within just a few minutes and then talked to me on the phone to better understand my heating system issue - all on a severe weather (freezing cold stretch) weekend when the other plumbers couldn't be bothered to answer their phones or return calls. I booked my appointment online, received immediate text/email confirmation, and the Plumr team arrived on time as promised. Nick gave me an honest assessment of my situation, even though he could have suggested all types of repairs that may not have improved the performance of my heating system - ie, he put my interests before his own. I received a very modest bill via email, which I was able to pay online with a credit card. I will certainly use Plumr again and recommend you give them a shot.

As first time home owners, we were nervous about finding a honest, fair-priced, and well-trained plumber to take a look at our frozen pipe. Thanks to the wonderful reviews about Nick and his team, we decided to reach out to Nick at Plumr.

Nick responded within minutes of my inquiry (at 5AM I should add!), and came in at 7AM on his day off to attend to our frozen pipe. He is great at what he does, not only thawed the pipe, but provided a permanent solution so it doesn't happen again, and then suggested a great dry wall guy who we also used.

I'd recommend Nick and his team to anyone. It is clear he cares about the people behind the plumbing issue, and isn't just looking to make a quick buck.

Nick and his group came out on short notice to address our sewer main issue. I loved the web interface for scheduling. Most importantly though, Nick and his colleagues were very courteous, professional, and kept us very well informed as the project progressed. I can't speak highly enough of Nick. I called him about a disposal issue and not only did he respond promptly, he even offered to guide me through the process on the phone. When I couldn't find the right tools, he offered to come out the following day...but it gets better! I ended up finding the tools and he immediately called back to walk me through the steps on the phone. Easier, quicker, and kinder than any plumber I have ever worked with. I will definitely be calling him for all of my future plumbing needs.

Nick is great. I wish more contractors were like him. First he picks up his phone when you call. He came to our house provided thorough estimates and helpful advice on other projects we were considering up front. On the day we scheduled for the work, he called before arriving, arrived on time (early actually), worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up like they were never there.
