Will definitely use these guys again. The pilot on my water heater would not stay lit. I called several places and the quotes I received and the availability were ridiculous. I called Chuck and he was available the next day and gave me the best price. They were on time and fast, my water heater was fixed in 20 minutes and my life was back to normal again. They gave me a great price and did a great job. They also didn't just try to sell me a water heater like a few places I called did. I hope to not need a plumber in the future, but if I do I now have one.

Extremely satisfied ! Chuck has the most amazing customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to fix the problem within 24 hours that we contacted him. He was referred by another reputable company and by his level of work and expertise, we can see why they referred him to us. Friendly and very courteous, detailed in his work. Owner Chuck Lee came over on a Saturday afternoon, to look at a water heater with a pilot light staying on problem. The first sign of a problem was when he asked how much do we want to spend. The problem was not even determined what was needed.
He over charged $200.00 to change one part that took less then an hour. With in 30 minutes of him leaving the plot light was off again.
When he was phoned about the problem still not fixed. He stated that he needed to order a part on Monday to repair it. Mayb $200.00 more. When questioned about why it wasn't fixed. He said ""You can get a new water heater"". I asked him if was being a smart ass. He said ""Maybe"". When I complained about his comment . He said "" You are not helping yoursef"".

He then hung up the phone on me.

Do not use this service. The owner is a Jerk. He has poor customer service skills.

Poor business attitude when you make an appt to do an estimate and then not show up making me call and finding out you never intended to come and give an invoice for needed work.

Yes, I'm giving this service 5 stars because it's as good as it gets. Yesterday, a competitor (All City Plumbing) came and looked at my mom's Bradford & White water heater and told my elderly mother the warranty expired, and that she needed a new water heater. I didn't jump at his deal of $100 off. I did a little research and realized the water heater is still under warranty. I called Bradford & White and their local sales rep. recommended Plumlee's Plumbing Services. Chuck Plumlee was prompt, trustworthy and fair. He carried all the needed parts on his truck and just charged us for labor. It's difficult to find an honest plumber anymore so I'm going to hold on to Plumlee's card. Next time I need an honest and reliable plumber, Im calling Plumlee's!

Chuck is the owner of Plumlee's Plumbing Service, he is very professional. I highly recommend Plumlee's because they provide prompt fair-priced services. They were able to come complete repairs on the same day I called. All bathrooms were checked to ensure that the original problem was not occurring in other bathrooms--there was no additional charge. So my water heater went out this past weekend and luckly we have it under warranty. We spoke to a rep from the water heater co. and thet referred my mom to Plumlee's plumbing services. My mom scheduled an appointment the next day for 12pm and he showed up later with a notice saying he was running late on a job (totally understable). After reviewing the cause of a leakage he told my mom initally it would cost him $90.00 for labor as the parts were free under warranty. I asked him a simple questions like ""what could be the reason why there was water leaking underneath the water heater"" he says ""I don't know, (as he hands me the GCV aka gas control valve), why don't you tell me."" I was appalled with his statment, I literelly I don't know you're the expert if I knew what the issue was then I wouldn't need you. In my mind I wanted to throw this guy out of my house, at this point he had fixed the supposed issue and got to work. He comes back with an invoice of $150.00 which this only took him 15mins to fix, I said what happend to the inital $90.00, he just looked at me with a stare and told me some bullshit. I never been screwed so hard before from anyone but this guy. Will never use him again and to finalize things, my water heater won't stay lit.

The first time the burner plate went bad. This is a 30 month old water heater. The plumber charged us $30 as he said the he would have to pay to have the part sent urgent to AO Smith. AO Smith said they didn't charge him but we receive no benefit from either party. Now understand this company is recommended on the AO Smith site for service. 10 days later the heat regulator went out and the plumber did not know if it would be covered by warranty. I was not home either time so when I review the invoices he left the were vague and not detailed out. AO Smith said they would look into it but the plumber ""refused"" to provide them documentations. I asked them to take responsibility for a guy they recommended and as it has been from the start the run from making this right -AVOID BOTH AO SMITH AND PLUMLEE.

I would definitely recommend Plumlee's. Travis was quick, concise and HONEST. Honesty is very important to me. The price was not the least, but I did not receive any up-selling. When you know what is wrong, just fix that and only that. Travis came in, diagnosed my problem and did not waiver from my phone quote. True professional who believes in making money by volume vs. gouging each customer for all it's woth. Thank you!!!!
