This past Saturday my wife noticed a leak outside our house on our exterior wall right around one of the sewer release pipes. Then we noticed that our kitchen cabinet base boards were damp. So I did some research on yelp for some reliable plumbers based on some customer feedbacks. I came across one Plumbing Company based out of another area. I called 1st thing Monday morning this Company but he said that he really doesn't go out of his area but he referred me to Plumlee's Plumbing because they have networked together. I called Plumlee's an hour later(7am) & spoke to Chuck. I gave him the information over the phone & he did say he does work on items i described but would have to get back to me on their availability/schedule for the day. He called me an hour later & said he could be there between 9-11am to diagnose the issue. Chuck arrived @9:15am & i showed him where the leak was outside & he did say he would have to cut into the stucco to get a better look & he did some other preliminary diagnostics before he did the cutting of stucco wall he started low where the leak might be originating from & he found the area. He did say he would be able to do the repair & he did. The leak was repaired & he also tested our water pressure which was to high for our home running above 110PSI & it should be at 60 he recommended to change out the water pressure pipe regulator & he did. I was very happy with the pre-quote/estimate, the work and the final cost. I am so happy for Chuck to come out so fast in response to my issue, he was so kind, his work I am so satisfied with. My wife & I will be sure to use Chuck & his company again. It might be sooner or later we we are looking to replace some faucet fixtures throughout the house. I would fully recommend ""Chuck"" the Plumber of Plumlee's Plumbing.

Chuck the owner showed up on time and with all the equipment needed, diagnosed and repair a a water leak from under the floor was done within the estimated time to completion will use them again .

I had a very small leak in the copper piping manifold on the hot water side, behind my water heater. I called and spoke to chuck. I explained the problem. I texted him a picture. He gave me a very reasonable quote and had a Plummer (Jay I think) out in about an hour. He had the problem fixed in about an hour. Fast, reliable, and reasonable. I can't ask for more. I won't have to search for a Plummer next time I have a problem. I will call Plumlee's

So the gentleman (I use the term loosely) came to our house to diagnose our toilet issue. He was rude to my wife and left human waste all over our restroom and tracked it through my living room. I was not home unfortunately or I would have dealt with the issue at that moment. So my wife took pictures and now I have to give this horrible review.

Will definitely use these guys again. The pilot on my water heater would not stay lit. I called several places and the quotes I received and the availability were ridiculous. I called Chuck and he was available the next day and gave me the best price. They were on time and fast, my water heater was fixed in 20 minutes and my life was back to normal again. They gave me a great price and did a great job. They also didn't just try to sell me a water heater like a few places I called did. I hope to not need a plumber in the future, but if I do I now have one.

Owner Chuck Lee came over on a Saturday afternoon, to look at a water heater with a pilot light staying on problem. The first sign of a problem was when he asked how much do we want to spend. The problem was not even determined what was needed.
He over charged $200.00 to change one part that took less then an hour. With in 30 minutes of him leaving the plot light was off again.
When he was phoned about the problem still not fixed. He stated that he needed to order a part on Monday to repair it. Mayb $200.00 more. When questioned about why it wasn't fixed. He said ""You can get a new water heater"". I asked him if was being a smart ass. He said ""Maybe"". When I complained about his comment . He said "" You are not helping yoursef"".

He then hung up the phone on me.

Do not use this service. The owner is a Jerk. He has poor customer service skills.

Poor business attitude when you make an appt to do an estimate and then not show up making me call and finding out you never intended to come and give an invoice for needed work.
