I called Suzanne after hours and she picked up the phone! This alone warrants 5 stars! I was very surprised since most places use answering services or you'll get a recording. Suzanne indicated when the plumber would be arriving at my place the next day. She called to tell me Jose was on the way. Once Jose arrived, he called me to explain what needed to be done to repair my toilet. I can't recommend Plumex Plumbing enough! They were responsive, knowledgeable and got the job done!

Installed a new hot water heater in a condo for me. The were on time and did excellent work. The city plumbing inspector even complemented them on the quality of their work.

We are having our bathroom remodeled. Plumex helped recommend a company to provide the fixtures! They ordered the fixtures. They came right when they said they would to prep the new plumbing. They came and installed the new show fixtures and toilet and took all the package boxes and left the bathroom clean! Jose and Suzanne were very pleasant and helpful! Great company!

Their office staff promptly returned my telephone call, advised me their pricing and scheduled an appointment to have the required work done.
