Late review but these guys are great. Had a gas leak and my gas was turned off by PSEG. Andrew and team did an excellent job with the repairs including the paperwork to ensure expedited process. Highly recommended. Would recommend to others.

Bobby, the owner, is a pro. Knowledgeable, fair and honest. Great team of plumbers who are patient, on time and courteous. Communication with their office is excellent. They took on a very difficult pipe replacement job in my home and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They also fixed and replaced some older pipes. All looks amazing. Great company to deal with. Highly recommend.

I always had a dad you would do almost every home improvement situation for me as well as other various family members. Done right perfection doesnt even do it justice. Anytime I had to hire outside help it was always a disaster -crooks-liars and my dad always had to redo everything I spent a lot of money on.
Dad has since passed away and now I find myself in a situation where I have to find respectable honest businesses and it's not easy in this day and age. 2 years ago I found my 7 year old tankless hot water heater leaking and it was under a 10 year warranty and the company would not supply me with the very expensive part that was under warranty ""the coil"" the hot water heater co would only allow a licensed plumber the have the part which would cost me a lot of money to have some do it for me when my brother could do it for me for free. So I went hunting for a plumber. I came across Plumbwell talked to Bob the owner and his son Andrew explained my situation and low and behold he said your brother can do it, I'll get you the part. What a GODSEND!!! Fast forward 2 years later that same hot water heater is leaking again and at the same time I had a emergency situation in my basement bathroom sump pump went. When it rain it pours. I called Plumwwell with 15 minutes someone was at my house all repairs were done perfect clean and honest.
Bob and his son are the best!!! Girls in the office are the best!!! BTW It was after 5 pm when all this arose and they where here instantly. Bob employees are wonderful ( Chris and Gary ) and honest. This does not happen that often these days when no one has values and doing fast incorrect jobs to get in and out make a buck and over priced. I assure you all Plumbwell use this company you will have peace of mind. The job is done right the first time. they are honest and prices are fair.
Looking for a company who operates with integrity and honesty this is the place

After a cesspool company discovered a leak in my main house trap, I contacted Plumbwell for a replacement. I was asked to text pictures of the trap and work area to Andrew, and I had an estimate by the end of the day. The team arrived the next day and replaced the trap. Although the work went well, the original trap was severely decayed and the team (Jack and Walter) found additional decay and holes in the adjacent fittings. They patched the holes as best they could and decided they needed to plan how to repair the additional drain pipes without causing unnecessary damage to the house.

I scheduled time to meet with the owner, Bob, to talk about our options. After deciding on a plan, Plumbwell was patient as I ordered new materials and coordinated with my contractor for the extensive pre and post work. We scheduled a date to do the repairs, and the team returned as planned. They worked tirelessly over two days to replace the pipes and ensure I'd have minimal time without water. They did their best to protect the other areas of the house, and they did excellent work. They also spent a significant amount of time cleaning up both inside and outside the house.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Plumbwell and I highly recommend them. This was a big job and I am very happy I had the right people for the job.

Reliable, professional and knowledgeable. They make you feel like you are the only customer during the job. I was having a problem with a sink backing up and no other plumber could resolve it. Everyone snaked it and left. Plumbwell thoroughly researched the issues and stayed until the issue was resolved. Turned out the sink wasn't the issue.

They came on their scheduled time. Jack and Andrew (brothers) were pleasant and honest. They gave me a cost estimate before they started the job. Very Reasonable Prices. It took over 3 hours to research and repair and they were determined to resolve the problem. They were neat and cleaned up everything before they left.

I highly recommend PLUMBWELL. It's hard to find a plumber to call, especially in an emergency. They were helpful from my first phone. Understood my urgency, explained their schedule and was able to fit me in the next day. They do all plumbing services, Installs and repairs.

Like the review below, I recommend securing your estimate in writing. The office is prompt, and the plumbers are good, but being asked to pay 25% more on the day of your appointment isn't a good feeling. To clarify, the scope of my work did not change from my initial phone quote, and of course my account of the initial conversation conflicts with the office staff's recollection. All I can say is to be sure to have the quote in writing, so there is no question.

I have used Bob numerous times. They just installed a new hot water heater at a house I have in East Meadow. They are reliable, neat, professional and back up all of their work. I highly recommend them.
