Bob from Plumbwell was wonderful! I woke up at 4am to a leaking water heater- a geyser it seemed. I didn't even know how to turn off my water main. I tried duck taping up the pipe where the water was leaking from. I surrounded it with towels, but nothing could be done till Bob came to the rescue.

I called 10 plumbing companies. I left messages at all of them (24 hours they claimed... nope!) I was on the phone with the 11th when Bob called me back and said he could arrive within the hour!

He did an amazing job and replaced these leaky bendable type pipes that have been there since I bought my condo with copper ones. He soldered like a champ. He didn't just replace the one that was leaking, he did the other one too.

Also- he was very circumspect. Wore a mask (we are living during the Covid 19 era) and I felt safe at the distance and precautions he took.

A+ work

My home is saved! Bob even recommended I use a fan to help dry up the floor, which I probably wouldn't have thought of.

I was able to pay by credit card YAY, (or check if I wanted) because who has cash in an emergency lol.

I needed a plumber who could replace corroded pipes under the sink so a new dishwasher could be installed. Also decided to replace a leaky faucet, soap dispenser, and possibly the sink. I initially contacted a plumbing service I had used once in the past and scheduled appointment. No one ever showed up and no one ever called back to reschedule despite being assured twice that they would call. I'm so glad this happened because I found on YELP the BEST plumbing service on Long Island, Plumbwell. This will be a company I will use forever and recommend to friends and family.

Where do I begin. Bob the owner is highly professional, trustworthy, honest, caring and takes great pride in his company and service. He explained everything and offered alternatives with pros and cons for replacing the faucet. He also researched and tried to find an unusual shaped sink that is no longer available.He is extremely patient as the job was tough due to corroded and frozen pipes. While it took more time, he made sure the job was done right. He also made sure he cleaned up and took all the corroded parts away. He guaranteed his work for 2 years and should there be a problem, he emphasized I should not hesitate to call back.

I also need to compliment Sabrina who works in the office and does the scheduling. She accommodated my schedule needs and called as promised to confirm everything. She truly reflects Plumbwells commitment to high quality service.

This was a WOW experience and I'm so delighted I found a plumber I can trust and have confidence in thanks to YELP's reviewers. I highly recommend Plumbwell and Bob to anyone seeking a plumber they can trust.

Get estimates in writing or record phone conversations. We were given a quote for $275 to fix our squeaking noise on our shower. The owner (father) and my wife agreed that if other parts were needed it would be extra. We agreed!

An employee came over and without even looking at what exactly was wrong called the owner's son and they wanted to charge us over $1000. We went back and forth with the son and prices kept changing $700, $500.

Don't deal with the son. He wants to rip you off. They didn't even look to see if it was a simple fix or a complex one. Deal with companies that will honor their estimates. Make sure you have the estimate in writing. Pass on Plumbwell there are other more reputable companies to hire. What a waste of time.

We had trouble with our toilet. Each time it would back up . We were told by several plumbers, our toilet paper was too thick or we were using too many pieces. I looked on yelp. Found this company. They scheduled to come first thing in the morning. As scheduled, they arrived at 7:40! They used a 6 foot tool to clean out the line and presto its working! I will use this company again. Thx yelp

Amazing company! The owner showed up quickly and fixed a major sewage leak in my basement. So efficient and well worth the price. He even had a cleanup crew come and clean up everything. I will only use them from now on!!!!

This company is fantastic. Honest good job. Professional all the way. I now know I can call Bob anytime I need work done. The price he charged was great as well. The plumbers were professional & neat. A fantastic job from the office too. Sabrina took care of the paperwork and kept in touch with me every step of the way. I'm a very very satisfied customer.

Picking out a plumber to use is not easy, especially when you really don't know someone or have a solid referral.
I recently had a leak in a pipe in a wall and was faced with choosing a plumber in an emergency situation. I chose Plumbwell Services based on reviews and my so-so experience with other Plumbers used over the years.

I spoke to the owner Bob over the phone prior to them coming and could tell he was a good guy- so I hired them to come in and find the leak and fix it. Bottom line is this outfit was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra yard to help me out, without gouging me on price. Don't get me wrong- plumbing is not cheap, but these guys will do right by you and you can trust they know what they are doing.

I don't often leave reviews but they have earned this one. Hire with confidence, and if you're on the fence call the owner and explain what you need done- he'll give it to you straight.

These guys are the real deal - prompt, reliable, clean. well-equipped, skillful and hard-working.

In a past life I used to build homes for a living and I have dealt with my share of plumbers - often, these were not such good experiences.

I only wish I had met Robert and his crews a long time ago, because he
runs a company that knows what quality plumbing work should be.

My job (2 large bathrooms...) was fairly complicated and involved moving plumbing around and dealing with many precise and challenging dimensions, not to mention the finish work which was equally unusual.

Robert's crews never let a challenge deter them and were so upbeat in their attitudes and their approach to everything that my pain-in-the-neck job had presented them.

They would leave the job each day making sure everything was neat & clean and would show up on time (rare in this world today) ready to get to work, pumped and got right to it. All the building trades contractors could take a lesson from these guys.

Kudos to this company of well-trained men & women who know how to treat a customer with respect and it is very obvious that a lot of effort has gone into making sure that the job is done right.

So refreshing to deal with a quality organization !
