Ordered plumbing service remotely for my father's house. Plumbums (not a fan of their name) picked the fixtures and installed them on time of the requested day. Actual charges came in less than their estimate. There was some confusion with dad's credit card and they were able to send me the invoice for payment.

I would use them again and recommend their services.

Requested service at 7:30am and someone was at my house by 9am. Solved a major back up, explained what was going on and was friendly and efficient. Would call again in a heartbeat though we don't want a back up again!!

Apparently a tin of hair masque from Lush will NOT flush no matter how hard you plunge, plead, and pay lesser handymen to fix it.
Plumbums came, same day, and fixed a problem we've been dealing with for two weeks in a matter of minutes.
Susan, who works for the company, is the sweetest and was willing to work with me when I didn't get paid til the next day and needed it plunged now.
They are wonderful and I will use them again when something else gets stuck in the toilet.

Jim is fantastic. He really knows his stuff, plus he's very trustworthy and a genuinely kind guy. I trust him with any plumbing work on my home. After closing on my new home, Jim came out to install a new water heater and do a couple other odd jobs from my inspection. He was right on time and the work was completed much faster than I expected. Jim and Plumbums are reliable, informed, responsive, and trustworthy. What more could you want with any contractor?
