Ernie replaced my daughter's home water pressure regulator along with new copper pipes. Her old galvanized rusted pipes located outside were also replaced. Ernie did a fantastic job using the latest plumbing technology such as pressed fit copper connectors.

We had a leaking kitchen sink faucet pull down supply line. We called and they sent out technician Bruce to provide plumbing services. From the time he rang our door bell to when he walked out the door was an amazing experience. Bruce knew exactly what we needed. Got a reasonable quote and we authorized the repairs to be done . Bruce replaced our kitchen faucet and was done in no time. Upon completion Bruce called us over and showed exactly what was done, explained the warranty and how to apply. We had a clogged drain, and Bruce was very helpful and patient explaining what the issue was, how he was going to go about fixing it, and the risks/benefits of each approach. He was able to resolve the issue within 90 minutes.

Over a year later we had work done by Plumbtree and this week the pipes outside were making a knocking noise. I called them and was a little nervous that they would give me the runaround in regards to providing service. They were quick to assign a technician who came out almost immediately, Anthony looked at all the pipes and it turns out it's due to the extreme weather we're having ( going from hot and cold quickly). Which made sense, since this is the first time it's happened and the weather has been crazy. I appreciate that they were quick to come out, spend some time looking at everything, checking the seals and work. Essentially doing a very thorough job to make sure nothing was immediately wrong. I'm just impressed and happy that they came out quickly and did a thorough check on the pipes. Sure enough, the weather cooled down and the knocking has stopped. Totally recommend this company!

I booked plumbtree as an emergency on a Saturday morning and Bruce was here by 10:30!
We had a tricky leak in our ceiling that we initially thought may be coming from a different unit but after Bruce investigated he found that our AC drainage through our sink was the problem!

I'm so grateful for his expertise and help! We were super close to having to call out an emergency AC expert, but Bruce close eye caught that our sink wasn't draining very well and he took a closer look.

Because of this our issue was resolved! Hugeeeee thank you for Bruce for his help. So grateful for fixing this scary situation as we had water pouring from our ceiling!
