I had a toilet tank that had a crack. The person who made the appointment did not say it requires replacement. The plumber came home, took one look, says requires replacement and charges me $40 for service fee! What kind of unethical business are they running.

I called other plumbers in the area and they all told me over the phone that crack in the water tank requires full replacement. Very clear from the get go.

Update: I was very happy that the owner reached out and said he'd work on training the people answering the phone to resolve such issues in the future. He also refunded the money. I am changing my review to reflect this experience.

Class operation. Courteous and professional.
We recently had a couple other plumbers flake out on us, not calling to let us know they wouldn't be there, causing us to miss work for absolutely no reason.
Plumbtree was very professional and let me know the plumber was on his way while I was working so I didn't waste any more time than I needed to.
Anthony was very polite, knowledgeable and a very pleasant guy.

We called Plumbtree to fix some leaking faucets because of their great reviews. We were impressed with the ease of setting up appointments on their website. We like that they provide notifications when the plumber is on the way, along with a picture of the person coming to do the work. Mario came out to inspect the faucets and determine the correct parts. He gave us several options with estimates for each. He and his coworker did a thorough job. The faucets don't leak and operate more smoothly than before. They cleaned up completely. Payment was easy and secure with their online payment portal.

A couple of weeks later, the water pressure in our house started acting up, so we called Plumbtree again. The phone service is quick, responsive and friendly. This time, Anthony came. Anthony is a very personable and professional plumber. He determined that the pressure regulator needed to be replaced. He got a new one and come back to install it in just a few minutes. The replacement was a little more complicated because the previous plumber had not left enough room to insert a new regulator. Anthony figured out a good solution that just took a few extra minutes and got the device installed. I was impressed with his problem-solving and that he kept me informed at each step what he was doing, why and how. The new installation works great.

We are happy to have found a plumbing company that is responsive, does quality work and is well-run. We'll call Plumbtree for any future plumbing jobs.
