I had attempted to install a countertop washing machine myself, but it wasn't compatible with my sink. I called Plumbtree and left a message. Hannah called back about three minutes later and got someone out promptly. Since it wasn't an emergency job time wasn't an urgent priority, and I was surprised at how quickly they sent someone out.

Anthony came out and was extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. He went back to his truck to get footies to protect my hardwood floor, without me even asking. Anthony identified what sort of installation would work best for my situation and clearly specified exactly what parts he would use and why. He modified the standard dishwasher installation cost to account for the reduced labor needed for the countertop dishwasher compared to a full size unit.

The job required a part that was not immediately on hand in the truck, so Anthony retrieved the part and returned shortly and immediately got to work. Anthony completed the work quickly and triple checked everything during a test run of the dishwasher. I have had no leaks and am very happy with my service.

I was particularly pleased that the cost adjustment for the countertop installation was applied without me asking. Plumbtree was fair, fast, and did excellent work, I will absolutely go to them for any future plumbing needs!

Mario and Kyle were great. I needed a gas line capped and they were able to do that quickly, at a reasonable price. They were also able to answer all my questions regarding some other projects.

I used PlumbTree previously, and was very happy with their work on installing new faucets etc. in our kitchen, so I had no hesitation in using them again - in fact, I've used them twice in the last month, for 2 new projects: (1) removing cast-iron sewer and installing new cleanouts; (2) replacing a gas water heater with an electric one.

In each case, Francisco and his crew have done stellar work, and they are on my speed-dial for any future plumbing work. Good, dependable guys who you can count on for work that needs to be done at short notice.

I called the helpful and friendly Hannah at 11 am with a pipe problem under my kitchen sink. Within 3 hours, and with no extra fee, Mario arrived to diagnose the issue. He was professional, friendly, wore shoe covers and a face mask the entire time he was in our house.

Mario explained the issue and had it done and dusted by 315!!! No stress, no problems and now our kitchen will quit flooding every couple of months when the dishwasher is running.

Plumtree has been exceptional so far, though I haven't hired them to do any work yet. Anthony had come out twice to review our desire to have some fixtures moved around and Glenn, the owner, joined him once to offer a second opinion. Their responsiveness, honesty, customer service, and overall professionalism are outstanding and hard to find around here.

After confirming our appointment to check our home for low water pressure and for a bath fixture issue, Plumbtree called last minute to reschedule. After rescheduling for 3pm today, I was called at 3pm and told that they had to cancel a second time due to lack of technician availability. Upon asking why, I was told that plumber was at another call and had to fix that urgent issue. When I asked if they had other plumbers available , they said no. When I asked if plumber could come after he completed the current job, I was told that that would require overtime, so that could not be done. Obviously burning a customer takes priority over paying an employee overtime to meet a prior obligation.

Not recommended.

Completed the remaining amount of charge a few days ago, it was a long project, mainly because inspection, everything else has been settled way before that.

I talked with Austin and he gladly answered a lot of question about this job on my site, it's very clear and straightforward. I absolutely like their way of working and thinking.

Also shout out to Axel who worked really hard to accommodate us, also a pretty nice guy and easy to work with.
