I had a clogged storm drain and got flooding, but after hydro jetting the issue still exists. They put the camera from the catch basin but it fell into some catch basin(or some unknown structure) without outlet. Then they put the camera from the outlet at the curbside, but it was blocked by roots. They tried snake machine and hydro but failed to remove the root. I cost $1000 but the issue is not resolved. Then I got another $2600 estimate for remove the root to let the camera in, so they can locate some further issue.

had a drain blocking. called them, the technicians did arrive quickly, and looked under the floor to understand the situation. I give them credit for that


But they are more interested in selling you expensive , unnecessary package other than solving your real problem: my house is an old 1960s one, and does not have a clean-out port. But the drain system was designed so that the snake is supposed to enter from the roof (1 story only, so pretty easy), and all sinks and shower and toilet drain converge on the same point so the roof vent cleans the drain easily.

the technician knows of the vent, but he is only intent on selling me a project to add a clean-out port to the front yard, which involves ripping up all the concrete and costs 5000$. but what's more, even to make sure that the pipe does go to where he intends to dig, he wanted to insert a camera, for 400$!, from the roof vent and see, while in fact he can just insert a snake or hydro-jet from the vent and get the job done.

the second day I called another provider and hydro-jetted from the roof vent and it's gone, they also provide 60-day warranty.

I highly recommend Plumbtree Plumbing & Rooter! Yesterday was my first time working with this company and I had an excellent experience. To start, when I initially called, Hannah was so kind and sympathetic and quickly got me scheduled for an appointment within the next 2-3h (which was very appreciated given the severity of the plumbing issues I was experiencing in my house). Then Anthony came within the window agreed upon and he was the best plumber I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. He was so friendly and efficient and walked me through the diagnoses, the required repair work and the costs. He explained everything clearly and in detail so I was fully informed about my choices. He went above and beyond and even cleaned up the bathroom that was wrecked by the plumbing issue and I couldn't have been more appreciative. In the spirit of full transparency, I did not do any price matching yesterday (due to the urgency of the plumbing issue) so I cannot comment on the pricing of Plumbtree. However, I can confidently say that I got outstanding service and I would highly recommend Plumbtree and Anthony in particular. Thank you again for helping us so quickly!!!

If there were 10 stars , I would give it. I was notified by the water department that I had a leak somewhere. i was super concerned so i called to make an appointment. They were able to come that same day and Anthony , one of their technicians, showed up on time. He was kind, professional and informative. He was able to find the issue, and look for other leaks as well. I very much appreciate him and this company for helping me and would hire them again in a minute. Obviously Plumbtree cares about their customers and is succeeding to the utmost level ! Kudos to them !!!

Plumbtree had someone on the phone with me on one ring, she was professional and I received text message notifications including a photo of the technician who showed up at my door. This is very important for safety reasons.

Anthony M. Quickly diagnosed and solved the problem quickly --- minutes. He put on plastic covers on his shoes, spoke to the homeowner and gave me an amazing quote for working on the Sunday of the long Thanksgiving holiday. I recommend this business being so prompt, professional and tech savvy.

We needed to replace 2 solenoid units for our kitchen touch faucets. We called Delta Faucet and were told exactly which units we needed. We bought the units before contacting Plumbtree. Scheduling was very easy since it's all online. I was also able to verify over the phone that they did the kind of work that we needed, since it's not plumbing strictly speaking. Mario came at the appointed time and was friendly and polite. He worked quickly and completed the job at a reasonable time despite having 2 unexpected issues during the install. Unfortunately, the company doesn't provide a warranty if you don't buy the parts from them (which we didn't), and I felt their pricing was a bit high. But the work itself was great! We'll just have to wait a see that it holds.

Anthony Morin is just fantastic! I made the appointment online in a mid-night and he came by the next day morning around 9:30am. He quickly examined the situation, made the quote, and fixed the problem within 1.5 hours! The job he did was clean, neat, and professional!
