We had very serious plumbing problems with the main sewer line. We had to turn off the water and move out We needed fast service. I didn't think they would come out much less work in this freezing weather. The guys were very efficient, professional and clean. We had another quote and these guys were more affordable. I will definitely refer these guys and use them again.

PlumbTex was contracted by my property management company and it seems like this gave him the liberty to charge $450 for a back-flow test which average around $50. I would never trust this company or do business with them again. When I reached out to the technician, he had no way of explaining why he charged that extreme amount. If you're looking to get ripped off, call them!

I had this company to come out to my house in Texas. There were two guys that came, one younger and one older. Apparently the older guy was the boss. I contacted them through American Homeshield. When they came to my house to work on my garbage disposal which had been broken a while and my bathroom sink which too had been down for a while, the older guy told me it would take a few days to fix. I never heard from them so a day or two later I called back to American Homeshield to see the results and they told me that Plumbtex told them I broke these things on purpose. I was offended and very perplexed by this. So I asked American Homeshield to send someone else out and they did. The new company came out and not only did they fix it my 2 problems in minutes, they told me verbatim, that they did not think that Plumbtex either knew what they were doing or wanted to do my work. Maybe because of my race, maybe laziness, i'm not sure but I would NOT recommend this company.
