I do NOT recommend this company! BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: I believe they are taking advantage of Home Warranty Companies, did NOT provide me any service on 2 visits, do NOT care about the customer, and do NOT ever answer their phone or call you back. After 30 days of calling them repeatedly, they refuse to tell our Home Warranty Company that the Work Order needs to be transferred to a HVAC company because the sink overflowed causing thousands of dollars in damage. They said via text it's not a big deal. BAD EXPERIENCE over 30 days trying to work with them and calling over 20 times. BE WARNED. See all of the other bad reviews showing they take advantage of Home Warranty Companies.

Our water heater recently went out without a warning. We called our home warranty company and they recommended Plumbtegrity. They called us the next day to set a same-day appointment. When the gentlemen got here he was able to diagnose the issue quickly and got our hot water heater working within the hour. Thank you for a quick response and repair!

I freaked out when I suspected my new-to-me condo had crossed hot and cold water lines (washer washing in cold, rinsing in hot - opposite of the settings, for example). My home warranty company sent out Plumbtegrity to investigate. Come to find out it's a family-owned company, and the owner's son, Dustin, was assigned to the case. He was so thorough - really drilling down (not literally) to identify the issue. When he determined the actual problem, it turned out not to be such a big deal, after all. I really appreciate the great communication, service, and, above all, integrity. I would not hesitate to call on Plumbtegrity again. Thank you, Dustin!

No integrity. I totally agree with the other review of SA. They are jus out to collect the fee but not do any work. Other tech would show you what they report like when the rust kept me from getting AC replaced. But the scammer came and left in 5 minutes and then the phone calls came trying to get fee. It wasnt but a week later when I found out they reported corrosion on garbage disposal and I got denied. A tech with INTEGRITY would have showed me. I look and see nothing. As he drove off in his truck I realized he has no parts to fix anything. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worthless

I have used Plumbtegrity for years and they are always my first choice. I have even switched homeowners insurance to a company that will refer them when I have a problem. Susan is terrific to work with and they are reliable and do excellent work.

Our main waterline was cracked. They came by and diagnosed the problem. Susan helped me set up a time, and they repaired the pipe when they said they would. Very nice people. Reliable. They gave me a quote and did not go over.

I have used Plumbtegrity multiple times. I have several rental properties on which I have home warranty policies. Plumbtegrity work with the home warranty company and were assigned to a few jobs I've needed done over the years. I now ask for them to be assigned because I appreciate the promptness and efficiency of their service. I've always found Susan, who runs their office, to be extremely pleasant and responsive, and their plumbing work has always been timely and more than satisfactory. I highly recommend them!

This company is a scam!!!! They just don't do anything and just make money of making house calls but no repairs thru home warranty of America.. they are USELESS!!!

Sent someone out to fix my kitchen faucet, and they made it worse.
Called numerous times, no response.
Left numerous messages over several days, no call back.
Told HWA they "couldn't complete the work" without giving a reason.
Didn't respond to HWA's calls.

There's a million other plumbing companies.
Use a different one. For your own sake.

WRONG diagnosis! The plumber took 2 seconds to wrongly diagnose the issue. Lol ! it was pathetic that I waited for couple of hours for the person to come. Also very bad with scheduling and picking up calls.. They never call back if you leave voicemails.. Have to call multiple times! I am now using a different plumber for my issue. DONT use them! The below two reviews are SCAM... See all of the 1 stars afterit.. sooo many of them with all details.. That shows that you the truth!! Dont use them ever!!
