Called Plumbtegrity in a panic because I have 2 ladies I live with and the whole house was stopped up, with toilets overflowing and shower backing up. The night before I had tried unclogging it myself with a rubber bladder device which usually works but didn't. The truck pulled up much sooner than I expected, and Jimmy was a very nice guy. With his assistant they got it unclogged within 15 minutes. Also impressed he gave me advice on where to get it camera'd out in order to diagnose future problems and also discussed do-it-yourself options. Update: System clogged again 3 days later, and couldn't reach company though tried several times. When snaking our line I noticed he did NOT use the propeller attachment at all. Perhaps it was an oversight? I understand its a Sunday but hoping for some communication at least. Called Home Warranty and found another plumber. Weekends are hard for everyone, I guess.

I call warranty company because water heater pilot out so warranty call plumbtegrity and they sent a tech out. Tech took 2.5 hrs to figure and change part. After it work and we pay the tech and got a receipt. Then a month later pilot went out again and I call warranty again and they sent the same tech. Warranty told me if same problem then no need to pay. The tech got there 2nd time and fixed under 10 mins and he left and didn't ask for any money. (Obviously he forgot to clean out the gas line the first time and that's why he can complete within 10 mins). The same day, 2 hrs later plumbtegrity called and left a voicemail asking us to pay $75 because warranty won't pay them. I was working and 3 more hrs later they sent a text asking for $75 and 10 mins after they left a voicemail asking to pay $75 and if we don't they will call warranty to blacklist us. I saved all proves if needed to listen. The voicemail was rude, threatening. The next morning I called warranty and first rep said he will call back but never did. Then plumbtegrity called again asking the 75 again without receipt, no description or anything. So I recall warranty again, another rep told me to contact them and talk to them, the rep told me I own them nothing, and if they call again to tell them I will contact police. The thing is I don't get why I pay warranty company when I have to do everything myself. I told warranty to call them and settle it because the company on the voicemail said warranty rejected to pay and warranty company said they never talk to them. Warranty is the one who found this contractor company. We know nothing about them. All I can describe plumbtegrity to be threatening, rude, dishonest and probably don't have any business because within 12 hrs they called and asked the money 4times.

Plumbtegrity was sent out for a service call for a water heater through our home warranty. Two technicians examined our water heater and decided it was a not brand they would service. After 20 minutes of speaking with their back office, they abandoned the service claiming they wouldn't service our brand. We still had to pay, even though they did not fix the water heater. Poor customer service in my opinion. They should NOT have taken the service call if they KNOW beforehand that they specifically won't service specific brands or models.

Jimmy came to our house - we hadn't been able to use the kitchen sink for a few days. Everything was backed up. He unclogged the sink, fixed the leaking pipe underneath the sink, showed us that we didn't need a new garbage disposal; it just needed to be reset. He gave us helpful tips on better kitchen sink plumbing maintenance; unclogged the dishwasher and got that running again. Also took our faucet apart to remove calcium buildup that was blocking the water giving us low water pressure. All that is 30 minutes.
So happy to have a non-leaking, not clogged, fully functional, high-water-pressure kitchen sink again! 5-star experience for us.

Plumbtegrity is great! Our water heater kept going out. We had another company (through our home warranty company) come out who basically blamed it on us. Plumbtegrity then came out and found that it was only a matter of time before our water heater started a fire! They quickly replaced our water heater and provided friendly and informative service the whole time. Thank you!

Completely useless. They came out for a warranty call and did not perform the work because they couldn't connect the disassembled garbage disposal. Are you kidding me? The guy was rude and lazy. Showed up a few hours late too! Unbelievable. What happened to rolling your sleeves up and fixing the problem?

Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by this company. Our water heater recently went out over a week ago and Plumbtegrity was contracted out to check the issue. The technician looked at it and went straight to the breaker box, which he then suggested we call an electrician to have them switch out the circuit board. The electrician came out a few days later switched out the circuit board. We were instructed to call back and have the plumber come out again if this didn't work.

This morning once again we have no hot water and when calling Plumtegrity they said they're unable to send anyone back out until next week. I can understand if this was the first visit out, but since it wasn't adequately checked the first time there should be some sort of willingness to work with us. We have 3 small children one of which is an infant and we're going on now for 2 weeks without hot water with refusal to accommodate and trying to fit us in sooner. They requested us to call a different plumbing company to see if someone could come out. We feel like they are pushing this issue off on someone else to deal with since the water heater is under warranty and this is completely unacceptable.

These folks are terrific!! Our water heater went out on us, late in the day (like 8pm or so) OF COURSE. It's fairly new, so we knew we didn't need a new one. We were pretty sure it was the heating element, but we really didn't feel comfortable trying to change that ourselves.

The next morning, we called Plumbtegrity, and even though they were pretty booked up for the day, they said they'd be at our house in the afternoon if at all possible -- and the following morning at the latest if they couldn't work us in that day. That was fine with us. Not having hot water is a bummer, but we were glad it wasn't a situation where we'd need to pay the typical "rush" or "emergency" repair rate.

They DID work us in, and had our water heater fixed in a jiffy. They had the part on their truck. It didn't cost an arm and a leg, either. Two guys did the job. Wish I'd noted both their names. "Rick" is the technician noted on the work order. They were both great!

We will certainly be calling Plumbtegrity the next time we need some plumbing work or a repair. Thanks, y'all!

Great quick service for problems with a burst sink hose that flooded the house while tenants were gone. A subsequent call for other minor plumbing issues was taken of quickly. I plan to use them again if any other issues develop.
