The guy came to check on the sewer line for backflowing problems. gave a price for repair for $970. Then found out that there was a mistake and the price was $4,400 to fix the problem. So ended up paying $970 for a diagnosis only. Very expensive for having an unresolved problem.Other plumber gave a $2500 quote to do the same job.

Very unpleasant experience with this company, they did a very poor job, and also parked their vehicles, very heavy vehicles (Vacktruck, pickups) in our neighbor swale. Forcing us to pay damaged plants and re-sodding.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this company. Besides the fact that their hours are restrictive, it is their customer service that I was sorely disappointed in. I scheduled a job with this company six days in advance to have a plumber come to a home I purchased to do a job. I had to take half a day at work to be there for them to do the job. They knew this because I called them on two separate occasions before finalizing the work. On the day the job was scheduled I called the company about :45 minutes before the scheduled time to see if they would be heading there on time or if they were running late. After being left on hold for ten minutes, the representative told me that they had a """"really big job"""" and we're short-handed and asked me to reschedule. I explained to her that I had taken half the day to get this done and asked if they could start the job later to get it done. She said she was """"just a messenger"""" and was relaying her boss' comment. I again explained I took the day and asked why they did not call me in the morning to let me know to which she replied """"do not yell at me."""" (It is important to note that my daughter was sleeping and I was not yelling) At that point I hung up and chose another company. They tried to call me back to reschedule but the damage had already been done. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but they are extremely inconvenient in their scheduling as well as unprofessional.

Had a clog somewhere between outdoor emergency sewer access and street. Junior responded quickly, but then was about 2 hours later than projected. He did not unclog the drain, which cost $250 for nothing, and did not show me anything on the camera (saying it was too murky), which was another $250.

Finding a reliable, honest plumber in Miami is a form of Russian Roulette. Past experience with certain companies was not great, mediocre work for big bucks, plus unneeded arrogance, all sorts of conditions on me, but none on them. Relying on a friend's advice, I called Plumbtech for some routine maintenance, but no emergency. They were willing to come the same day, but I deferred to the next, when I could be home. These guys are the real deal, called before they came, came on time, did the work expertly, charged a reasonable amount, and were pleasant throughout. Almost hope I can call them again soon.

The guy came to pump out my septic tank and immediately got stuck in my front yard with the big truck. It had recently rained so the ground was soft and he admitted the tank was full. I don't drive big truck full of sewage but that combination seems like a bad idea. Anyways, the truck blocked most of the street so the neighbors were complaining and it took a couple of hours to get the truck unstuck. As a result, I had 2 large holes (3x5 feet) left in my front yard causing a huge eyesore. So when he got unstuck he just backed into my driveway and used extra hoses to do the job which is what should have been done from the beginning. Anyways, I wasn't mad at the guy...I actually gave me multiple bottles of water, my car phone charge (which he never gave back) and I helped bring wood and supplies to get unstuck. All I wanted was for the company to fix the holes. I called a few times and each time was another excuse until I finally spoke with the owners son Junior who wasn't that sympathetic or apologetic at all and said all we can is come out and throw some dirt and sod down and I was like...perfect...that is all I want you to do. After a week went by, no one showed up after 4 or 5 more calls and more stalling I gave up after a few months and ended up trying to fix it myself. Bad customer service.

This is the worst plumbing company in miami, the owner is the most rude person to do business with . They are not reliable and are very expensive , if you need a plumber i really advise you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely horrible customer service and total ripoff artists. Lied about purchase date of replacement item when asked for a refund. Lied about their employee signature, when employee listed on Sunbiz as the officer. I will never use them again and I will not recommend them to anyone. Word of mouth travels.
