I don't leave many reviews, but Edward saved me this morning when I had an urgent plumbing issue for a rental property in the Marina. He answered his phone immediately and was on the job in less than 30 minutes. Not only did he do an excellent job with the initial request, but went completely above and beyond when he found and fixed a subsequent issue in the wall that was a disaster waiting to happen! His price was reasonable, skill level 10/10, and was just an overall friendly, trustworthy, good guy. He even followed up later that afternoon to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend!

I called Edward just before 8pm on Sunday with an emergency. Long story short, we were bailing water from a bucket to keep from flooding our bathroom. Edward was helpful beyond my expectations. I called him on a Sunday afternoon for a leaking water heater. He immediately asked me the address in San Francisco and showed up in less than an hour. He sealed the pipe as a temporary solution. Next morning called me up with a few different heater quotes and by the afternoon everything was installed perfectly. I would highly recommend him.

I called Ed to replace a sink that I had accidentally put a hole in. My landlord mentioned something about needing to replace the entire sink top to get the job done, but Ed came by for a consultation and said he could replace the sink pretty easily.

I would give Edward 10 stars if I could. Late on a Sunday night, in the middle of this pandemic, he totally saved my ass.

Let me set the scene: I was trying to install a bidet hose when every connector around the water supply to my toilet broke off in my hands. I had water pouring into buckets that I had to lug across the hall one at a time. I called everyone I could think of to call, but no one could come. Then I just started calling all the highest rated yelp plumbers (all while still hauling buckets).

Every plumber in the city was too busy to come out. So was Edward. The difference is, Edward took my call and he took the time (in the middle of his other job in Oakland) to walk me through getting my situation under control. I sent him pictures of my toilet and he patiently gave me a solution to carry me through until another professional could come the next day.

I live in apartment, and in the absence of Edward's support the only other solution would have been (as I understand it) to call 911 and have the water turned off to the whole building.

I haven't paid Edward a dime. He was just the voice on the other end of the phone during a crisis. He had no reason to help me but he did. Folks, this is the kind of guy you want on your side. Please pay him lots of money for his services.

Edward was wonderful. I called, explained I needed help with my toilet, and he was repairing the issue in under an hour. He was straightforward, very helpful, kind and honest.

I called Edward on a Saturday when we had an emergency with our main line being blocked.

He came out later that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also discovered some access points down the side of our house which had been buried by some construction, unearthed, boxed and leveled them correctly to avoid future problems being as difficult to solve.

The next morning he had the whole system working perfectly again. Very happy with the result.
