I called Edward on a Saturday when we had an emergency with our main line being blocked.

He came out later that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also discovered some access points down the side of our house which had been buried by some construction, unearthed, boxed and leveled them correctly to avoid future problems being as difficult to solve.

The next morning he had the whole system working perfectly again. Very happy with the result.

Edward did an excellent job reworking the plumbing in my now Condominium to meet San Francisco code when I was converting it from a Tenants-In-Common. He skillfully relocated the plumbing for one toilet and installed a wall-mounted toilet. In addition, he pulled the required permit and ensured that the city inspection passed for the kitchen and both bathrooms.

Previously Edward helped me to unclog a bathroom drain, which has since been working perfectly for the past 2 years.

I'd definitely recommend Edward as a reasonably priced and friendly plumber.

I called plumbtec on a Friday evening because there was a leak at my food business. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Ed came in the next morning at 9am and diagnosed the problem. Fortunately it was from a sink drain and not s sewer line. Ed repaired the leak the same day and was very reasonable. I highly recommend plumbtec for any problem. Many years earlier he put in a complete sewer system at a remodel for one of my homes. Excellent work!

We discovered a big leak in our garage. We shut down the water from all three condos and desperately tried to find a plumber ASAP. Edward actually answered his phone (the only one who did!) and he was at our home within the hour. He figured out the problem and fixed it very quickly. He double checked in each of our units to be sure the problem was fixed. He also snaked out an additional pipe ""because he was here"" and undoubtedly saved us another visit. We will definitely ask Edward to come back. THANK YOU!

Edward was able to come to my apartment at 11am, only an hour after notifying him about my problem. After looking at the clog he told me he would be back around 3pm with other tools. At 4pm I called him and he said he would be there around 5:30. At 8pm I texted him and he said he wouldn't be able to come and that he would call me the next day. After the end of business the next day I still had not heard from him.

I understand that people run late and that some times jobs take longer than they should. But I find it unacceptable that he never called to let me know he wouldn't make it or to reschedule.

Edward saved my Easter Sunday dinner! We had a severely clogged kitchen drain and were considering cancelling the dinner we were hosting. I called Edward on Easter Sunday morning and he was at our place in less than 90 minutes. Less than 30 minutes after that, the drain was clear and our dinner plans were saved!

Like another reviewer said, Edward and his apprentice were fast, friendly and affordable. It was such a pleasure to deal directly with the owner of the business rather than a larger plumbing company.

Hopefully I don't need a plumber again, but if I do, Edward is my guy!

what a disappointment......edward showed on a sunday...did a good job
two weeks ago...i removed my one star..............now.....twice this week mon..and today..wed.
he was suppose to show.... to finish the job......
.....still waiting edward....not even a phone call..!
wasted two days of my time...thanks eddie........i thought
i found the plumber i wanted.....i guess not.
..good prices..work..try and get him to show.....

530pm now......2nd day of no show...

I had a clogged bathtub/shower drain. I called Edward, and within an hour he was at my apartment. In fifteen minutes, the drain was fixed and cleaned up.
