Edward saved my Easter Sunday dinner! We had a severely clogged kitchen drain and were considering cancelling the dinner we were hosting. I called Edward on Easter Sunday morning and he was at our place in less than 90 minutes. Less than 30 minutes after that, the drain was clear and our dinner plans were saved!

Like another reviewer said, Edward and his apprentice were fast, friendly and affordable. It was such a pleasure to deal directly with the owner of the business rather than a larger plumbing company.

Hopefully I don't need a plumber again, but if I do, Edward is my guy!

what a disappointment......edward showed on a sunday...did a good job
two weeks ago...i removed my one star..............now.....twice this week mon..and today..wed.
he was suppose to show.... to finish the job......
.....still waiting edward....not even a phone call..!
wasted two days of my time...thanks eddie........i thought
i found the plumber i wanted.....i guess not.
..good prices..work..try and get him to show.....

530pm now......2nd day of no show...

I had a clogged bathtub/shower drain. I called Edward, and within an hour he was at my apartment. In fifteen minutes, the drain was fixed and cleaned up.

Edward and his apprentice were fast, friendly, and affordable. Five stars.

Ed was a savior! I need to have a working bathroom for my business and my next client was arriving in an hour. All it took was a quick call, just gave him my address and he arrived 10 minutes later. I've had to use a larger plumbing company in the past and it took forever, multiple phone calls and questions before they even arrived. I will definitely be calling him next time I'm in a jam.

My bathtub was clogged. Ed was friendly and got it done in 20 minutes. He ended up arriving almost an hour later than he initially estimated, but these things happen, and it was super short notice (I called at around 4pm and he said he could be here around 6, but it was closer to 7). Would've been nice if I didn't have to clean the floor afterwards, but my bathtub drains now and I didn't have to skip a shower or sleep somewhere else. He was also the cheapest around and did it in a matter of hours, whereas other people didn't call back, or were busy for days. Can't be too picky when it comes to plumbing. Go Ed.

I, unfortunately, have been having a number of plumbing adventures. Edward came to my rescue and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was really worried about the scope of the plumbing repair and his calm demeanor (and patience) was very appreciated. He took care of the work promptly and cleanly with minimal disturbance. Edward was also kind enough to arrange for plasterers to come and repair the areas that had water damage. I also love the fact that he remembered we needed a pipe cover and took care of it when I wasn't home!

I had a slow drain in my tub. I was getting new tenants in my apartments, so I had to find someone quick. I called Edward and he came the next day and investigated. It turned out this wasn't a quick fix.

To access the pipe, it required cutting a hole in the ceiling from below and accessing the pipe. He came back the next day and spent the morning moving the refrigerator, moving the built-in cabinet and cutting a hole in the ceiling and then fixing the slow drain.
I really like Edward. He is very personable and is very reasonable.

Edward was at our salon within 30 minutes of my phone call when our sinks backed up and our pipe popped a leak on a Friday afternoon. He was prompt and professional, and really saved our weekend from a business perspective. He also charged us a very fair price for the job, which can be sticky with some plumbing companies (especially when they know you're in dire need). We will definitely use Edward again - he's the real deal.

Ed is the best, really nice guy, punctual, courteous and knows exactly what he's doing. Had a super stubborn clog in the tub that he managed to snake in less than 15 mins. I've used a number of plumbers in San Francisco and he is by far the best, he even cleaned our tub walls of the gunk splash that had come out during the snake.

My tub got clogged and after 2 days of relentless efforts to unclog it ourselves at home, we decided it was time to call a pro. I went to yelp and basically used the first guys to call me back. I will not say the name of their company bc they seemed nice and gave it their best shot, BUT, first plumbers to come by basically told me to call someone else bc it was going to be a big job that a snake couldnt handle. So i got sad and called another guy who basically said it was going to involve some serious work and probably would run me around $800-$1000. I was even more sad at that point. I figured I would try to call one more person, even though i had to be at work soon and had pretty much given up. I called Plumtec and....OMG....someone answered the phone! I was used to leaving messages for everyone. I told him the situation and he said he would come right over. HE WAS HERE IN 10 MINUTES....maybe less! He came in, unclogged the tub, and charged me next to nothing for his time. He knows what hes doing and doesnt give up until he figures out whats wrong. I hightly recommend this man.
