Since the last time I reviewed them, I've had a couple experiences making me less certain about using them in the future. I used them to replace my water heater when it went out, but after the fact I felt like they way overcharged me. Not long after that, I called them out about a leak, but they weren't able to find the source and still charged me for the visit. I ended up resolving it myself after they left. So all I all, I've gone from very positive feelings to mixed.

Plumbtastic did a fantastic job! Extremely professional, easy to contact, quick scheduling, and kind & efficient service! They completed a sewer line install for our new bathroom in one day. The work was done quickly, they were very respectful of our home & worked cleanly. They even generously let my (VERY excited & inquisitive) 4 year old watch them work and kindly answered her multitude of questions :)
Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs!

Disappointed...they did the install for the my new water heater. He forgot to secure the venting on top and it slide down to the tank. After the Carbon monoxide detectors went off the fire department traced the problem to this new install.

I gave them a 2nd star, for being apologetic and coming out Monday morning (no weekend hours) and correcting the mistake. After that visit I realized they had knocked the furnace condensation piping out of place, which would cause problems.

I don't doubt their knowledge, just a little to hasty in trying to get the job done.

This is the second time I've used this company and they are who I'll call in the future if/when needed.
The first time was for a leak in the front yard. It was found and fixed before I knew it and they didn't tear up my yard or leave a muddy mess. It was great! This time my water heater went out. I've been having issues with it for about 4 years. When the weather changed for some reason it took a long time for it to acclimate because I'd have to light it over and over before it would stay lit. I explained the problem to the tech, Mark and he explained to me what the issue was and recommended a new water heater. I'm on a fixed income as well as taking care of my mom who has Alzheimer's and dementia so I'm always worried about being over charged. He told me he wasn't the cheapest but not the most expensive. I've learned the hard way you get what you pay for. I did make some calls to compare and either I didn't get a call back or they were more so I made the decision to go with Mark.
The day he was scheduled to come, unfortunately one of my fur babies was sick and Mark couldn't have been more polite or professional while I was dealing with everything I've got going.
I 100% recommend these folks.

Great customer service and an excellent plumber. Zach is honest and will fix whatever the problem is for a fair price. He has helped on several occasions with our rentals properties and I trust his knowledge and work ethics completely!!

Oh my! What a pro! Zach saved my day. Literally. He came out and repaired my leaking drain in about an hour--something the last plumber I called couldn't do in 5 days! The last plumber took FIVE days and still couldn't fix my leak, meanwhile I had to put my renters in a hotel. But Zach, he's the best. Professional. On time. Did what he said he could do. Had all the right tools, cameras, etc. He is the best. When he left, I told him ""You're my new plumber!"" I have a rental home and am always needing some little something done and have not been able to find a plumber--until now! This guy has the knowledge and is very reasonably priced and fast on top of all that. He's the guy to call! And should I say, he's plumbtastic???

After calling all of the known companies who claim to be there for customers 24/7 7 days a week, and emergencies and was told they didn't have a plumber on Sunday, I called Plumbtastic Solutions LLC. Zach the owner, came over at 4:45pm with his colleague Josh. They were prompt, courteous, and most importantly, honest and qualified. They got under my house and fixed my plumbing problem in no time. Company size, and brand name mean nothing without results. Plumbtastic Solutions = Results, not because of the name, but the integrity and professionalism of the people. These other companies could take a lesson from these guys. Thanks Plumbtastic!!!

Was in a bind on a Saturday morning. Walked into the house and there was a water leak, which is not what anyone wants on a Saturday morning. I called Plumbtastic and they were completely understanding of the frustrating situation I found myself in. The owner of the company came out shortly after our phone conversation. The long story short is that he came out on Sunday morning to fix my leak! He would have done it on Saturday, but I actually had a conflict. Was more than impressed with their willingness to help fix the problem! And I was a admittedly a little nervous for the total bill given the circumstances, not only did they do great work but the bill was right on par with the estimate. Zach was upfront about all things that could happen, they did great work, always on time, and they cleaned up what little mess they had to make. I will definitely be using this company again as they exceeded my expectations and I had water back on by Sunday afternoon!
