The brothers from plumbtastic were wonderful and I've tried over 5 different companies in the past 5 years (and gotten ripped off plenty). They came on time, were super polite, and tried to save me money instead of up selling more expensive faucets. Price was great and no obligatory ""service"" fee just to come out. Will definitely be making them my go to plumbers!

I used plumbtastic to install a new water heater because mine was 18 years old! Initially I looked on Angie's List and then wanted to compare what I saw to Yelp, and that's when I came across Plumbtastic. I'm super happy that I did, as I now have an excellent and reliable resource for my home needs. Kirby and Brent are brothers and they are a pleasure to work with. They were responsive on Yelp (providing a quick, accurate, and fair price quote as well as responding to correspondence) and text, and are friendly and professional in person. After I selected a new water heater at Home Depot (and ordered it, along with the warrantee online), they picked it up for me, and delivered it to me (they were flexible with scheduling), and installed it with no problem. I found their price (including pickup, installation, followup, and I believe a 1-year warrantee on labor - which is standard) to be very reasonable, especially compared to others that I priced. I really appreciated that they followed up with me a few days after installation just to make sure that everything was working well. When I mentioned I thought I might have an issue with my bathtub faucet that could be affecting my hot water volume, they immediately scheduled another visit with me. Upon their return, they fixed my bathtub. I will contact Kirby and Brent as soon as I need help in the future and I encourage you to do the same! While they came within 3 days of my initial call (although past the window I was given) and wore booties when then entered my house, I have not seen them since. The ordered a part which I followed up with 3 times to get them to come back to install, but they were a no show on the appointment day and have not responded to any of my messages since. I would not use them if you want to resolve your plumbing problem.

Really good quality professional work, but you're going to pay for it. I called on a Monday to have a kitchen sink drain unclogged, and they were able to give me an appointment for Wednesday. They showed up on time and were very thorough and professional. The only reason I couldn't give five stars is because an hour of work cost $250. If you have the extra cash, these guys should be first on your list to call.

We have used Plumbtastic 3 times in the past 2 years and I always forgot to do a review on Yelp, which is where we found them. They have excellent customer service, are thorough, professional and know what they are talking about. Prices were very good compared to other companies and the work quality was excellent. Like several others on here, had good experience with these guys. Contacted them on Friday, they came on Saturday to inspect the problem (hot water heater sprung a leak), answered the questions I had, and then on Monday morning they were in early to do the replacement. Quick and easy process, price consistent with the other estimate I had, no problems, no issues.

Would use them again if needed.

Plumbtastic was AWESOME! The person who answered the phone was friendly and up front with an estimate based on my kitchen sink debacle. The owner, Kirby, came out right on schedule and fixed the sink immediately. I even sweet talked him into peeking at a two tubs and a bathroom sink and simple fixes and he completely took care of ALL of my issues. It was very reasonably priced and he was VERY knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend. I found this company, here, on Yelp and I'm very pleased with their service and professionalism. This is a small family run company and I'm all about giving my business to them rather than big box. You will not be disappointed.

Just had my hot water heater replaced by the Plumbtastic Plumbing team. I chose them based on the stellar reviews on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. They were incredibly professional, easy to work with, and took the time to help me select a product that worked for me. The pan was going to be a tricky fit, and they came up with a solution to make it fit in my tiny DC rowhouse closet. They did the install after work so I didn't need to take time off, and took time to walk us through the new equipment. Bonus -They will come back free of charge for the next 2 years to flush the heater for sediment. I'm very happy I found them and plan to call on them for any other plumbing needs!
