I am extremely disappointed in the direction Plumbtastic Plumbing has taken. I have done business for almost three years with them and until yesterday I was pleased. I had an appointment for Wednesday after 12P.M. and I was never informed that the service was going to be delayed until Thursday. No courtesy call! Until I called. When Tom arrived the next day, he had one part but the other didn't fit. Tom was cordial and professional. Unfortunately, an invoice could not be provided onsite because everything goes through the office. When I finally received the email with the invoice I was charged $233 for a $15 part and the service call. When I called to question the amount I was told the company charged flat rates for service. I also questioned the part that was on the invoice. It was incorrect. I was sent a picture of the part to prove me wrong. It was the wrong part and the wrong picture. After all this, The bill was reduced to $165, still ridiciulous for a house call. I wish you Earl good luck but you won't see my business anymore.

Great service with very fair pricing! Would definitely recommend:) I called and they were there within the hour. Saw that what I needed wasn't as bad as expected and charged me even less.

Earl was a pleasure to work with! I had some scheduling conflicts and had to contact him to change the appointment around a couple of times and he was very accommodating and professional about it. It was a Saturday. We just arrived to our condo to find two toilets not flushing properly. I then reached out to some plumbers on Yelp not realizing that somehow I'd canvased more plumbers than I thought. My first response (of many) was from this service (and I didn't think I contacted them because they had no reviews). The plumber responded to my message quickly also showed up quickly. I did receive responses from other plumbers who said, """"Saturday will cost more,"""" or """"call us Monday."""" Earl showed up. An earnest guy who does business in a straightforward, professional manner. We had more questions than the issues with the two toilets, and he took the time to answer them all. After years of questionable interactions with plumbing companies, I recommend trying this service because I like to do business with people who do a great job, who treat the job with respect and who care about the outcome.

Plumbtastic was hired by the unit owner in the condo below mine to repair a major leak. Using them was the logical choice since they needed access to both units and were allready familiar with the situation. Plumbtastic was the ONLY company that thought out of the box to get the job done without breaking the tiles in the guest bathroom and doing a major remodel. Earl and Dominick are the father and son team who run this company along with another business, which will be another five star review. I support locally owned and operated businesses whenever I have the opportunity to do so. Earl came up with an extremely creative plan to repair the leak from the downstairs unit going up into my unit instead of tearing up my bathroom to fix everything. Under Earl's direction, Dominick quickly and efficiently took control and expertly executed his dads plan and he did it well. Earl and Dom are amazing at thinking out of the box and doing quality work. Earl handled all of the HOA's b.s. with professionalism and grace, along with becoming the mediator between both units as tensions were running high on both ends. I highly recommend Plumbtastic for any of your plumbing needs.

Living with small children you just aren't sure what exactly goes into the toilet... So when my child told me the toilet was raining, I did some quick research and contacted Plumbtastic. Needless to say came out right away and very friendly and didn't over price me for it! Will definitely use them again!

I found this company on Nextdoor...contacted them and set an appointment to quot a replacement toilet. They did not show. They did not call. I texted them the following morning saying 'thanks a lot'. I received a text back that their tech had run into a problem on the job before mine and didn't tell the office....I did receive a quote afterward for $600. This is exorbitant to say the least! The other quotes I received were in the $300 range. I'll use one of them.

Very fast response, excellent job completed promptly with great care, attention to details. Very knowledgeable and professional. Friendly, concerned people, both on the job and in the office. Definitely recommended.
