We noticed a section in our front lawn was all muddy and slushy. We figured we had a leak underground but wasn't sure if it was the sprinklers or main water leak. We called Plumbtastic early in the morning and they arrived under 2 hours. They investigated and verified it was a leak in the main line. They worked on it quickly and also noticed that our water pressure was vert high, which I knew something like that was a problem already before the leak. They suggestion fixing but wouldn't probably return for a few days out but... called us back a few hours later to say they were on their way to fix the water pressure. They were very nice and professional AND quick to fix the problems. I was worried with the holiday weekend we may have to wait until next week. Thank you Plumbtastic and thank your team. Awesome job!

We recently hired Plumbtastic to re plumb our 1928 house and bring it into the 21st Century. Chirs, Jeff and Tony were great through the entire process. They were very respectful to the house and us as well. We'd previously had them to our house for a couple of smaller jobs which were all handled in the same professional and timely manner. Our water main developed a bad leak over a weekend and Chris scheduled us for a service call first thing Monday. Justin and Gabe showed up first thing and were very good diagnosing the source of the leak. We have an older house with more than one line coming from the main shut-off so they had to figure out where the leak was actually coming form and what line serviced the house. After consulting with me about an initial solution to the problem, they soon found that the underground lines were plumbed differently than expected so we had to shift plans. But they dialed it in pretty quickly and we had water back by early afternoon. I give them 5 stars for promptness, communication, politeness and expertise.

Our washing machine was draining into our kitchen sink and with a baby and a toddler I CAN NOT afford to be without either of those. Plumbtastic was able to come same day and at the time I needed, Justin was incredibly friendly and thorough and I think I was charged a fair price (tbh, I have no idea what the going rate is though!). I'm glad it was just a minor issue, but I feel like if something more serious were to arise I could totally trust this company to come to the rescue!

Excellent services! I called Plumbtastic to get a same day appointment to fix my water heater. They were able to squeeze in an appointment for me. They also texted me when they were on the way to my house. The pricing was clearly explained by the technician and different options were given to me. The technicians were very nice and finished fixing my water heater in a timely manner. Will definitely use this company again!

I have one bathroom and the hotwater in my shoer only n washer just stopped. We called plumbtastic n i was shocked when he came n acted like he wadnt intetested in the job. Old house so pipe was plugged. He left after looking at water heater n washer but did not assist with shower. I was furious. I immediately called tricity plumbing n Ramon came right over, quoted a price n fixed my water pressure in the shower, higjtened the pipe due its an old house n got the job done. Shocked also. Plus the last time plumbtastic did work on the house the left open holes in the aeas they fixed n we had rats coming in...Uggh. No more.

We've used this plumber twice in the past year and I have to say that I appreciate them very much. They are very honest and fixed my problem very quickly. Since the last time they came out, we haven't had an issue with our main line and they just came out for a bathtub clog. They unclogged it in no time and were very nice and honest about the work. I would 100% recommend them to anybody!

I had been using another plumbing company for my plumbing needs and found that they were always trying to upsale me to the point of being ridiculous. This last time, I was quoted 1500.00 to do a job (Any Drain) and I refused their service. I called these guys. They were courteous, friendly, HONEST and fair. The work I was quoted by Any Drain turned out to be a loose pipe. 89.00 fix, yup! I am going back to these guys.

I had an outdoors leak thinking it was the sprinklers but ended up being the main service line. Not wanting to get suckered again into high costs and fees (DO JOT GO WITH RESCUE ROOTER) I called my mortgage guy who highly recommended Plumbastic. Justin and Billy looked at the situation and remedied it to where the water flow is stronger and no more leaks. The cost was reasonable to which I did not have to use a PACE loan as per Rescue Rooter.
