Plumbtastic saved us on a Sunday when our only toilet was clogged. They were on time, very polite, and worked until the problem was solved. Our old vintage toilet had to be taken apart, and they were very careful not to damage it. The job was time consuming, but they worked diligently even though it was a Sunday. They didn't charge us an outrageous amount for weekend service. The price was fair and lower than we expected. They also cleaned up the mess. We will definitely use Plumbtastic again. Bill and his boss were true professionals.

I own a business with one bathroom and my toilet was completely broken. Chris, a nice guy showed up helped me in a timely fashion which was most important. I would use these people anytime I need a plumber from now on.

I had to have their work redone! I don't review business' very often but feel like I have to on this one. They were quick to set up an appointment and came promptly, then things fell apart. I needed a simple knob put on a water line that had broken off. They did the work but not without insisting MULTIPLE times that I purchase a yearly plan that would give me a discount. He also insisted that I have more work done (change a pressure valve, etc). When I had the dishwasher installed a few days later, the installer had to redo the work as the knob was put on incorrectly and was leaking...Very frustrating!!

Chris and Jason really went out of their way to help me! I'm a property manager in the Inland Empire so having a good plumber on hand is super important. I've worked with so many different types of vendors from electricians to handymen. My family owns a general construction company so I'm very familiar with pricing. It's been tough getting good pricing and having an honest contractor tell me truthfully exactly what's wrong with the item even though I generally know the exact problem. Plumbtastic has been great. I call them out for a job and they don't give me 20 other things that are ""wrong"" with the water heater so they can charge extra. Great honest guys who really went out of their way for my tenant's. Highly recommend them!
