Kyle and his son were just awesome! He came, took one look at our Water Softener and told what the problem is. He offered the best solution without any sales pitch and completed the work the same day too. I even asked him to fix a faucet issue we had. The faucet was fixed, but broke the next day, not to his fault. Still he/his son came the next day and fixed the faucet and also repaired a broken shut off valve.

Will definitely call Kyle for any of our future plumbing requirements.

I submitted a request for a quote. Told them what I needed, the parts I had. It was preventive maintenance. Lowe's or Home Depot will tell you how much installing or replacing a toilet would be.. well Plumbsy was the only company who provided a flat free quote. Straightforward. I don't know why other companies don't do that. Everyone would understand that there may be other charges but as shoppers we want to see who offers competitive prices. I only hire companies who offer flat free prices BASED on what customers described. Quality work, reasonably priced (plumbers charge more than electricians!)
