Tim Carr, an experienced master journeyman, electrical administrator, and HVAC technician, founded PlumbStar Inc. in July 2004. Over the years, he has grown the company into a premier provider of plumbing, heating, and electrical repair and remodeling throughout the greater Seattle area.

With a degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master Plumber's License, an Electrical Administrator's License, and extensive HVAC certifications, Tim is well-qualified.
