We had a pressure valve break and after chatting with Cody, he arranged service even though he was on vacation out of town. That's worth a lot in my book. Annoying how things seem to break on weekends but he and Robert came through for us. Also Robert's partner.

Had PlumbSmart come out to the house on Friday to look at my water softener. After discussion with the guys I decided to get a whole new water softener with a refiner. That was Friday, Monday Herman and Devon showed up to install the new system. In the process of doing that they noticed the PRV out by the street had a tiny leak. So what did they do? They replaced it the same day to make sure there were no potential issues down the line. They were even still all smiles after having to go back to their warehouse twice to get parts. PlumbSmart is by far and away the best plumbing company I have ever used and they absolutely have a customer for as long as I'm in the area. If the powers that be at PlumbSmart are reading this you have two absolutely outstanding employees in those two guys and they are worth their weight in gold. Polite, knowledgeable, insanely hard working and a special shout out to Devon as he gets ready to nail his master plumber exam.

After we verified that it was indeed very broken (removing the cover from the holding tank and seeing all the backup), and it was probably not the city sewer system to blame, I knew I needed a plumber. ASAP. My usual plumber doesn't work on Sundays, so I called PlumbSmart based on the reviews here on Yelp. I am very glad I did. Jorge and his teammate showed up within a few hours, quickly diagnosed the issue--a busted pipe with no apparent cause--went off to grab the necessary parts, and returned to fix it. Perhaps their price isn't the cheapest? But compared to what I paid my other plumber to clear a kitchen sink drain recently, the price wasn't unreasonable given the quality of the service. I will ask them back for quotes on my non-emergency work as well. Thanks so much, guys!

I had an outdoor faucet that started leaking and needed to be repaired. Looking on Yelp, I found Plumbsmart has a 5-star rating, so I contacted them and asked for a visit. They responded quickly, and soon had an appointment set up for me the same day, sending a photo of the serviceman who would be coming. Jorge was polite, friendly, listened to what I said, and had a look at the issue. Then he told me my options, and got to work immediately. The entire repair took about 2 hours and I am completely satisfied with the work and the workmen. I would use Plumbsmart again.

Although the work was done adequately, be ready for a pretty "hard sell." Their original onsight estimate was about $100 higher than what the tech quoted me on phone before I selected them for the work. They did not have a delta shower faucet cartridge in their truck (I find this odd) and were apparently going to charge me $100 to go get it. When I rejected their offer they made one of those calls to the boss and they then agreed to do the work for the original quote.

PLUMBSMART provides excellent service. We discovered a broken pipe on the side of our house late Sunday afternoon. We called our plumbing company that we have a monthly maintenance contract with; they scheduled us for the next day. Seriously? It was a significant leak, we had to turn our water off. Herman our technician arrived within the hour and had the leak repaired quickly. We will be using Plumbsmart from now on. Thank you for truly being a 24 hour 7 day a week service. We called 2 other services who advertise the service but in fact do not honor that service.

Great communication and customer service. Brandon, our technician was helpful and gave us options and laid our expectations for our valve replacement. The service was done quickly and the price reasonable. Will work with them again in the future.

We couldn't recommend PlumbSmart more. We have had 3 issues in the past 6 months and have called them all 3 times. The first issue was for our rental property in Wimberley. Their quote was fair and the work was professional. The other 2 issues were for our personal home in San Antonio. The first issue turned out to not be plumbing related but hvac related. They had a hvac partner of theirs out here within the hour. The third issue was for a leak due to the freeze. They were so kind to work with our insurance. When our insurance was unresponsive, Brandon (the tech for the job) personally called me to make sure we were going ok since our water was off.

I also love Amalia who answers the phone. She is so kind and knowledgeable. I have also spoken personally with the owner Adam. He is also super kind and easy to talk to. It seems they put a lot of thought and consideration into the people they chose to be on their team.

They really care about their customers. They come in with a problem solving hat on and they make me feel comfortable and are never condescending or arrogant as some plumbers can be.

We plan on using them for all of our rentals and our personal home for all of our plumbing issues in the future.
