I have just had a plumbing repair done at my home by PlumbSmart. This was the first time I've used them, and I intend to be a repeat customer! I don't think I have ever experienced such amazing Customer Service. Everyone I dealt with at PlumbSmart was skilled, caring, and professional. I highly recommend them! Their glowing reviews on Yelp are legitimate and well-deserved.
I reached out to them about my plumbing problem, and within minutes, Roger called me and let me know that a technician would be scheduled. Joe was right on time. He was very knowledgeable -- diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I didn't feel pressured to have additional diagnostics or additional work done. Joe was sympathetic and caring. And even though the problem was simple for Joe to fix, I was truly amazed that the cost was so low.

We are very impressed W/the PlumbSmart Co. They are the nicest group of guys I' v dealt/W in any type of contractors. We had bought a generator & we needed it set up & installed. Probably was we didn't realize what all would have to be done. They walked us through each step we would have to do to complete the installation. They were also able to communicate W/the electrician that we had to have as well. We will be using these guys again!! Thanks to Cody, Adam,& Joe. It was a pleasure. TGZ

My water heater in my rental home went out while my tenant was away to tend to her health. I needed a company to come in as soon as possible to replace it with a reliable option, great warranty and fix a broken exterior pipe from the freeze. I reached out to PlumbSmart and they took care of me day of. My tenant was able to come home and take a hot shower with no worries. I would call on them and recommend them to anyone I know.

I called and spoke with someone who could not look at schedule and speak on the phone. Had to hang up to check schedule. Also never gave a quote. Even though they are the closest company nearby location shows they need to update their abilities to handle business better. This review is in their customer service only!!.

PlumbSmart was quick to come to my house to evaluate my slow drain issue. They were exorbitant and high pressure. I told them I could not afford to pay $26,500 for the repair. Another plumber says their quote was 3 times what it should be. Unable to be able to use them since I am not able to pay that much.

Moved into older house that we knew needed wtr htr replaced. The sticker on it said 1991. This is 2022. R u serious??? Just didnt know how fast we needed it. It started leaking but probly had been like that for awhile unbeknownst to us. Thats an emergency! I contacted PlumbSmart, spoke to Ebony who took down all my information and said would have someone contact me soon. Ebony was friendly, pleasant and professional. Probly like in minutes, Cody contacted me, gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable. He was even able to get someone out there the same day. Sent me Ryan. He was all business, professional, friendly, efficient. New wtr heater is now installed and code compliant-has water pan and expansion can. So glad I found PlumbSmart. Will def call them for anything plumbing. Totally recommend them. You wont be sorry.

My second experience with PlumbSmart and they were terrific AGAIN!!
First time, they replaced our hot water heater in the attic and completed the job in excellent fashion with no wall dinged or any real problems/issues. Cody has always been outstanding in working with us to provide reasonable quotes and win our business. The second experience was replacing the hot water heater in our garage. Ryan showed up on time, was professional and cordial and completed the work with no problems ... we replace a 40 gallon tank with a 50 gallon tank and all appears to be working well. We've never had so much hot water in the house!! However, in the process, Ryan discovered that our water softener was not performing properly. Both the hot water head and the water softener had 19 years on them, so we were not surprised, but thankful they had lasted the long. The original water softener came from another company that ONLY does water softeners. We called them and they gave us an excellent quote over the phone, but had to schedule installation over a week out. My wife had suspected that the old water softener was performing weakly because it affected her hair and her skin itched (of course, guys, she was right!!). Cody had provided a quote for a new softener, but the other company actually beat PlumbSmart by a significant margin. Cody refused to give up and agreed to meet the price. Ryan came the very next day and did the install of the water softener. We admire a company that really wants our business and is willing to not only work with us, but do exceptionally good work!! We're very pleased with Cody and PlumbSmart .... folks, all we can tell you is that they do what they say their going to do. And, believe us ... we've experienced very unreliable and poor service from other plumbing companies. PlumbSmart is a winner hands down. We only hope they continue with their service attitude and fairness ... that being the case, we have our plumbers for life!! Thanks again to the PlumbSmart team for improving our life and reducing our stress.

These guys are the plumbers I have used in over 42 years in my home. I had two este heaters installed in addition to a hot water recirculating pump to get instant hot water at the faucets. They are responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. They want you to be satisfied and will bend over backwards to do so. I very highly recommend this plumbing company. Adam, Gabriel, Cody, Roger, Ryan are all terrific people.

Talk about a GREAT Morning ! Due to PlumbSmart and Roger's knowledge, expertise, business sense, and his plumber's abilities - I woke up this morning, went into my shower and there were NO LEAKS ! San Antonio is the hard water capital I believe and Roger arranged for my shower knob cartridge to be replaced to stop the leaking. His plumber came to my home, was on time, was professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He started his work, came in and explained that it was not just the handle cartridge that required replaced, but also the entire shower value unit because of hard water damage. He excused himself, went and picked up the part, and within 30 minutes had everything up and running perfectly ! I can't say enough good things about PlumbSmart. If you have any plumbing needs whatsoever, you cannot go wrong using PlumbSmart, Roger, and his experienced plumbing crew!

Water heater wasn't working. They came out same day fixed the issue (caused by the recent storm) and saved the water heater. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely call them again if I need a plumber!
