I had a pretty bad water leak coming from my Shower head. PlumbSmart was able to set an appt real quick. Brandon showed up right on time....very courteous and professional....he was able to fix the problem in no time. I am extremly satisfied with their service and pricing. Repeat customer here. My experience with PlumbSmart is without a doubt positive to say the least. From leaky ceilings to a whole house Re-plumb and small repairs in between, these folks have definitely earned a forever customer. Their customer service/communication is outstanding, one time we had a leaky outdoor faucet for our water hose, called these guys, and they were out to take care of it right away, and on a Sunday! Being a retired veteran they also offered us a military discount, which is always a plus. Quick to respond; friendly customer service, treated my property very well and reasonably priced. Simply cannot go wrong with PlumbSmart, I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

These guys came and gave me a very good explanation for where my bad smell came from (it wasn't sewer smell, it was lawn chemicals recently added by the previous landscaper before I bought the house). They were also very honest to tell me that the small root penetration that my inspector had noticed was actually at the city connection level (based on color change of the sewer line), so I called the city, they confirmed and they are coming to do a repair soon. These guys could have told me to spend thousands of dollars on a repair that is really the city responsibility. So, kudos for the honesty.

I appreciated the thoroughness of the plumbers to find the leak as well as reviewing other issues needing repair. Further, there was communication throughout the process, which I find to be an important customer service factor. The owner followed up with me afterwards, and I was very pleased with the additional attention.

Awesome guys. Cody is extremely responsive and very helpful in providing all the information you need as a consumer before making a potentially expensive decision. Very patient and very experienced, will give it to you very straight. The rest of the PlumbSmart team are 10/10. Have come by anytime I needed something checked no matter how small and either fixed it promptly or if they could not were able to explain in detail about why, short/long term impacts, etc. Can not recommend these guys enough for whoever is looking for anything plumbing related for their house.

We tried to go through Home Depot because we had a great experience getting the A/C done. That didn't happened for the water heater install. The guy called my husband twice. In fact the plumber called my husband the second time a few days after PlumbSmart already installed the new water heater. We were out of hot water for almost two weeks.

Plumbsmart: Great communication and very helpful. Told me what my options were. Didn't try to sell me a plan. They came out and installed my water heater. Great guys! Thank you. I'm enjoying my hot water.

We had a pressure valve break and after chatting with Cody, he arranged service even though he was on vacation out of town. That's worth a lot in my book. Annoying how things seem to break on weekends but he and Robert came through for us. Also Robert's partner.

Had PlumbSmart come out to the house on Friday to look at my water softener. After discussion with the guys I decided to get a whole new water softener with a refiner. That was Friday, Monday Herman and Devon showed up to install the new system. In the process of doing that they noticed the PRV out by the street had a tiny leak. So what did they do? They replaced it the same day to make sure there were no potential issues down the line. They were even still all smiles after having to go back to their warehouse twice to get parts. PlumbSmart is by far and away the best plumbing company I have ever used and they absolutely have a customer for as long as I'm in the area. If the powers that be at PlumbSmart are reading this you have two absolutely outstanding employees in those two guys and they are worth their weight in gold. Polite, knowledgeable, insanely hard working and a special shout out to Devon as he gets ready to nail his master plumber exam.

I woke up this morning to the dulcet tones of...my grinder pump alarm :/

After we verified that it was indeed very broken (removing the cover from the holding tank and seeing all the backup), and it was probably not the city sewer system to blame, I knew I needed a plumber. ASAP. My usual plumber doesn't work on Sundays, so I called PlumbSmart based on the reviews here on Yelp. I am very glad I did. Jorge and his teammate showed up within a few hours, quickly diagnosed the issue--a busted pipe with no apparent cause--went off to grab the necessary parts, and returned to fix it. Perhaps their price isn't the cheapest? But compared to what I paid my other plumber to clear a kitchen sink drain recently, the price wasn't unreasonable given the quality of the service. I will ask them back for quotes on my non-emergency work as well. Thanks so much, guys!
