Excellent service. Had a ceiling leak above the water heater. Arrived two hours early, and was actually done before the original appointment time. Brandon was fantastic, communicated what was going on the entire time. Price was very reasonable for two hours. Already recommened PlumbSmart to our neighborhood group; they are now my plumber.

I had a pipe break outside during this Artic freeze! Thankfully PlumbSmart was able to get out to my aunts house and fix this issue. They were smart and very efficient. Thank you Justin for fixing the pipe and making sure this home is good to go. Also appreciate the notifications and timely response from the office getting us scheduled after hours! Justin arrived early and assessed the situation with my water leak and gave me a few options on how to proceed with the repairs. They were very accurate with the estimate and even found me a less expensive route than we had previously discussed. They even applied a military discount for my wife's service in the Navy.
He called in Devin for backup and the two went at it. Demolition was a lot cleaner than expected and we were able to salvage some of the cabinets if we choose to reuse them at a later time.
The repairs were complete in a timely manner and the cleanup was thorough. They guys were very personable and well mannered. Most importantly the work was complete within the estimate that was agreed on.
I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. I will definitely be using them in the future for any other repairs.

Really so happy to have found such a great trustworthy plumber that do such a great job with fabulous service.

I noticed my water heater ( which is only a few years old) making a hissing noise at the pressure release valve and on a hunch checked our water pressure whiz was north of 100! SAWS has ridiculous pressure on our area - just last week about pipe on the main road blew and we have seen two neighbors PRV valves fail this week - luckily Plumbsmart got to us before ours got too crazy and replaced the value with a far better one, built a new box and replaced the blown pieces of our expansion tanks

They arrived on time as they always do! They are always extremely professional and give us options. Their work is always exceptional, they leave no mess and we are always left with much better systems than we had before! Highly recommend!

PlumbSmart came out to our home on two separate occasions. They repaired two toilets in our home. Arrived in the time frame they stated they would. We were kept updated of their arrival. We were updated on everything they were doing. Both toilets were repaired successfully. I expected a charge on the second visit, they did not charge me. All employees were professional and friendly. We will use them again.

I had company over the Thanksgiving holiday and of course there was a plumbing issue. Toilet backed up in both bathrooms and the next day after I called my landlord he got Geoff to come by and fix it. Which certainly made my day since my out of town company that lived in an urban location that has city sewage etc., so they never had to deal with OLD plumbing and septic tanks. Geoff went above and beyond to fix us up so the rest of the time we could just eat, drink and be merry! He's a very nice person to deal with and when a week later I had another problem, he was sent back to deal with that one, but this time it was the septic tank and once again my landlord stepped up and this time he had it pumped out, but the toilets were effected again because of the septic tank. Geoff came back and cleared it all up again and added a few new components which seemed to do the trick. It's been over a week and NO MORE PROBLEMS!!! I would recommend these guys to anyone and especially Geoff!!!!

Absolutely perfect service! From the scheduler to Brandon and Corey's attention to detail it was the best customer service experience we've ever had. Corey was on time, drove all the way back to San Antonio to pick up something we wanted and still both he and Corey stayed late until the job was complete. We had low pressure on every faucet, they got the pressure back to where it was when our home was new. We are very happy with our new water softener
