I hired Plumb smart to come investigate a mysterious leak in my home. They cut a hole in the wall, but we're not able to find the source or give me any helpful information, although they said they would recommend a number for restoration. This all cost $400 and also they broke the light on the wall. When I called to complain nicely, they said prices are high.

The fee was outrageous. The service was excellent. I was charged $656 for 30 minutes of work. They stated they would give me an estimate before doing the work, which they did! They looked over the work, knowing what it would entail, and then gave me the rate ahead of time. However, not being a plumber, I had no idea that it would take 30 minutes to fix. The service man was very nice and professional. The call agent was also very nice and professional. They were able to get to my burst pipe 28 hours after calling. If you are in a pinch and need emergency work, perhaps consider them if you have the money.

We called with a backed up kitchen sink on Monday afternoon, they were there before noon on Tuesday. The service tech Andrew was quick to get to work. He ran into some unexpected blockage but just kept at it. His persistence was admirable. After checking out the situation and layout of our home he broke up the problem. Andrew was also helpful educating us of proper usage of our disposal. Very professional, dedicated, friendly but best tenacious at solving the problem and he did! Highly recommend!

Their front desk is awful. Twice they mis-scheduled me. Once they tried to cancel an appointment that was made and another time showed up kn the wrong day. Thats besides the fact that they have still not fixed my plumbing problem. They say my water heater is working fine and the issue is with the booster - when another plumber says its an electrical issue. But plumbsmart is the company my home warranty made me use so now I have to battle with 2-10. Avoid!!

Highly recommend Plumb Smart Technologies. They responded to my email request right away and setup and appointment the next day for a technician to come look at my job. I received an estimate that day which was very fair and reasonable. Andrew, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, hard working and found a solution to every obstacle he encountered to complete the job. I had them run a new gas line to the kitchen so I could use a gas stove. I feel the whole company went above and beyond with their service and concern from my needs. Will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future,

These guys failed inspection 3 times. Charged me more than quoted. Charged my card without authorization, then failed to contact me back when I complained about their unauthorized charge.
Another issue was we had a sub pump fail, and do water damage. After multiple calls he fixed the sub pump but has completely avoided any payment for the water damage. He has just ignored us. Do not use this company. I'm not sure if I've ever seen a company lack this much integrity.

Charged nearly $800 for a part that didn't even pass inspection. Aside from that they hounded me for payment within the first week of installation even though the invoice was wrong, and contacted my employer. I ended up having to fork out the money for a bad part because they were hurting me professionally.

I had a clogged sewer line and went through a utility sewer line insurance plan to get it fixed. The service assigned was PlumbSmart Technologies to fix this issue.

The men that came out were nice and ran a camera line from the cleanout in one direction which seemed fine. Then they found a clog going the other way almost right away. They said that since they don't have a part available to run a ""snake"" to clear the line, they'd be back in 2-3 days. I told them I need help right away with raw sewage sitting on our basement slab from a washing machine backup related to the sewer line. This was Thursday. They said they would call their home office and supervisor and get back to me the next day or Friday.

I called the next day and the receptionists were sympathetic but they never called back with an update. I told them they should at least rent a machine for the job. I called the insurance service (gas utility plan) and they bugged them too with no luck. This went on all the way through Monday until the utility plan finally decided to hire another contractor.

There was no communication back to me from Friday through Monday while we had a raw sewage problem in our basement with multiple people telling them they need to finish the job.

Disgraceful!
