I thought I had an issue with my water softener producing a LOUD PITCH noise and contacted EnergyOne who I purchased it from they told me it would cost $225.00 for a service call. BUYER beware the service call fee is astronomical if you have any issues or concerns so I cannot recommend them. EnergyOne came out looked at water softener and couldn't find anything wrong and charged the full $225.00 after walking around and pushing a few buttons. And stated I needed a plumber, I found PLUMBSERVE and contacted Addam who came out for NO CHARGE to check things out, thinks he found a problem it might be my Bonnet and Poppet valve and told me where to get it so I can fix it myself and if I still have issues he would be able to come out because it could be my Pressure Vacuum Breaker and that may need to be replaced and that would be parts plus $165.00 for the repair. I was happy to tip him for coming out for free and fingers crossed I can repair it myself. I can't say enough how much I appreciated this especially with being retired and on a single income. THANK YOU ADDAM!

Addam was referred to us from a previous plumber we worked with when he scoped and flushed our sewer lines to solve a clogging issue. This time, we needed to identify and replace a shower handle that had corroded and broke. Otherwise, we would need to remove tile to install a new shower cartridge that would have been costly and possibly destructive. Addam was able to identify the import Asian white label valve that was used so that we could locate a handle to fit. He showed me where to order it and how to easily install the items when they arrived. Addam is more than a plumber. He is an expert consultant interested in solving problems inexpensively and efficiently and approaches customer problems like they were his own. Easy to reach, answers promptly. Although located in Mesa, he serves the Phoenix area & came to our house in north central Phoenix.
