Showed up ontime (even had the option to start earlier in the day which worked out great). Zac, and his apprentice, got to work and installed a Moen Flo. I highly recommend the company.

SDGE discovered I had a gas leak in my rental property. I received a few estimates. Plumbsd had the lowest bid. Alex, the plumber came and started working right away. I can tell now that he did not have any experience with locating gas leaks. He tried several times, referred that my house was cursed. He became frustrated and wanted quit the job. He then offered to refund me money on what he could not do. After a couple of weeks with my tenants not having any gas for heat, showers and laundry, plus wasting a weekend I searching for the leak ourselves, I decided it was time to hire someone who could do the job. I contacted another plumbing company. They found the leaks and made repairs. Everything was done in 2 days. Plumbsd told me that they would refund me money and would get back to me. This did not happen and they won't answer their phone when I call. This place ripped me off. Don't hire them. They don't know what they are doing. Pictures show the gas pipes that were used and did not pass city inspection because they were still leaking. Only resolution will have to be made by the courts.
