We recently were having some work done on our rental property, and unfortunately learned that the plumbing below one of our showers was gone (literally not even connected to the main sewer line because it had deteriorated so much). Aaron and his entire crew were so professional, on time, and had a great response rate - that it made it easy to pick them. The finished work was, as I expected, AMAZING. You can't go wrong with plumbrite.

Aaron/Plumbrite Services Charged us $450 to replace a Kitchen Faucet in one of our Airbnb homes! We used other plumbers and it was like $150 -$175. He charged a $205 Service Fee (he adds a $80 Gas fee on top of the Service Fee) then wants to argue that he has a diesel truck (That's his choice not the customers). The Service Fee is what pays your Diesel not the customer! The we told him this was a Airbnb Home, just to put a basic Kitchen Faucet in, like $70-$90. He ignores that and puts in a $245 Faucet!!! Have used a few good Plumbers on our many Airbnb Homes and never got robbed like this! We only used him as he was a referral from his BNI Networking Group! He just lost us as a future customer with lots of business for price gouging!

Impressive!
I was replacing a toilet & discovered a corroded flange, making the mounting of the new toilet difficult. Called Plumbrite & Aaron was able to answer my call, briefly discuss, and was working on it just 3 or 4 hours later. It was complicated- but he carried lots of parts and was able to repair and set toilet all in about 30 minutes, beyond my expectations, & their pricing reasonable. Aaron is a very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable tradesman.

Posted on Facebook requesting a water heater install, including our budget. Aaron's team responded within one hour to set up a quick consultation about the job. His quote came in $10 below my budget and well under what others in the area had quoted

Aaron did a great job of staying in touch regarding when he would arrive from a prior job, stayed until our job was finished, plus WAY longer because the pilot assembly was faulty (warranty issue). Then he came back at 7:00 PM the next day to install the replacement part. He also identified an out-of-code valve and replaced it at a very reasonable charge.

He was excellent to work with, did a great job explaining what needed to be done and stayed true to his estimate, despite the longer time he spent on our job.

We would highly recommend his team at Plumbrite.

You're not going to find a better company than Plumbrite. Not only are they very reasonably priced, but their work is excellent. They're everything you could ask for: responsive, professional, kind, and just all around great people. I won't need Yelp again to look for a plumber because I found the only one I'll ever need in Phoenix.
