I never write a review but this service was too great not to. I had a bathtub valve not putting out hot water. Found Richard on yelp so called. On a sunday, he answered, told me he would call monday am and set time. And he did. He showed up just as he said..did the work just as he said..fixed the issue just as he said and then left the place as clean as it was when he came. Im 62 and been in Jupiter for close to 40 years and have lost the expectation for good ole fashion jupiter service as our little village grew. BUT Richard and Mike earned my highest regaurd.

I am very happy with the job that Plumb-Rite did at my house. I had a leak on the outside Main Shut-Off valve. This twenty-year-old valve needed to be replaced. Right below the Shut-Off valve is a Hose Bib (also twenty years old), and although I only wanted the Shut-Off valve replaced, Richard gave me a free quote that included replacing both the Shut-Off and the Bib. His quote was right in the middle of the other quotes I received for the Shut-Off valve alone. Mike (who was sent to do the job), cut out and replaced the entire length of copper tubing that both valves were attached to, and did an excellent job. I am the type of customer that hovers over anyone working at my house. This did not phase Mike in the least and as it turns out, he was very personable, and satisfactorily answered all my questions. He then went the extra mile to make sure that the water pressure was good at all faucets. He worked clean and left the entire area in the same condition as he had found it. Kudos to this company. I recommend that you at least give Plumb-Rite the opportunity to quote you for your plumbing needs.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I called them frantically on Saturday afternoon when I noticed my toilet was overflowing onto the floor and going into my bedrooms. The owner was very nice and said he would get someone out to my place ASAP. In 40 minutes Mike arrived. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me in a very stressful situation. He even helped me clean up as much as he could and throw away all of the dirty towels that I had to use to soak up the mess. I can't recommend them enough!!! Also very reasonably priced. Definitely call them for any plumbing needs!

My garbage disposal began to leak, but not before I had about an inch of water on my kitchen floor. I immediately contacted Select Home Warranty, and they were going to get a plumber out - ASAP! I kept pestering SHW, but it still took ten (10) days before Richard from PlumbRite Plumbing knocked on my door. Due to the protracted time from contacting SHW, I was NOT my most charming self. Richard apologized for the delay in getting to me, but he had just recently signed on to HSW's list of 'Referral Plumbers'. He took A look at my disposal and showed me the leak (at the bottom of the disposal. He, then, got on the phone with SHW, who said they'd get back to him. Four days later they did. On Friday of that week, Richard returned with a new disposal. In less than ten-minutes, my old disposal was replaced with a new one. Richard called SHW to let him know how much the bill was. At that point I received a call from SHW that advised me they would only offer me $74.00 for my old disposal. This was after my paying $45.00 deductible fee to Richard. I let Richard know that I'd be reimbursed for $74.00. Richard told me he'd charge me approximately $320.00 (his cost for the disposal and half of his normal hourly fee. I was so impressed with Richard's performance, I had him return a week later to install two (2) Moen bathroom fixtures. As despicable as SHW was in my dealings with them, that's how ecstatic I was with Richard. Not only was he on-time for my appointments, but he performed his services in a professional manner, always giving me a quote for the job before hand, but he also cleaned up afterwards. I've already referred Richard to two (2) of my neighbors.
