Recommended Customer Reviews
UPDATE!! - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PLUMBERS. I own multiple rentals and will never use this company again. Read the review below to understand what a poor experience you'll be in for if you use them.
I called and shared my experience with their techs and their service and in doing so was talk I would receive a call from a service manager. After over a week with no call, I sent a contact form in detailing my experience. Brennan a Service Manager reached out to me in a text. Asked what I am asking and I said I would like some sort of a refund given the extremely poor experience and lack of solving the root issue etc. I then received an email from their generic email address stating, ""I understand your frustration, especially given that the initial issue wasn't resolved to your satisfaction and that it took multiple visits. I've reviewed the service history thoroughly, including the technician notes, and while I understand where you're coming from, we do believe the work performed was aligned with the information available at the time of each visit.""
They outright acknowledge they DID NOT FIX the original issue. They failed to acknolowedge the oversell strategy on the water heater, the lie that my bathroom sink couldn't be unclogged and needed replace (this was fixed by Eyman Plumbing in less than 10 minutes). DO NOT USE THEM. They rip you off, lie about your problems to generate a larger bill, oversell you on things you don't need, and then don't even stand by their own work when it fails. Call Eyman Plumbing or ANY OTHER PLUMBER IN OMAHA!!!
Been pretty disappointed in their service. I have had them out 3 times now. First time the technician tried to sell me a Commercial Water Heater for a Single Family Home, then acted like I was rude for suggesting that I don't need that. He finished his work on snaking drains, but never called me to tell me what he found.
Second time they had to come out and redo the work the first guy did cause it didn't solve the issue. Turns out they didn't offer me a guarantee on the previous work and they wouldn't warranty the other work. Had to pay a second time. This time I purchased the 1 year warranty with them. They Hydro jetted my main line all the way to the street.
Now having to get them back out there a 3rd time for the SAME issue. It's warranties right? Sure, but not the ""emergency"" dispatch fee for having someone come out after 4pm today. The dispatch fee is $200. I'm not impressed to say the least. If I hadn't paid for a warranty, I wouldn't be using them a 3rd time. I would recommend going to an alternative solutions such as Eyman Plumbing. Been working with them on the water heater replacement and their pricing was nearly $1,000 less that Plumrite's non-commercial solution.
Been digging in our yard found the problem they did not break a sprinkler line they pulled the line all the way out. I do not know where the line connected to the rest of it. Called and left a message said that the workers would know where it connected they have not returned my call I am so pissed. Do not know what to do a lawyer probably would not be worth it. Also sent the pictures of my digging. Do not do business with this company.
JORDAN called and advise me of his arrival time - that was good. I explained to him my problem and he preceeded to inspect the set-up for the pipes in my basement and a minor adjustment in the tub. He expressed his opinion to problems and I stated I was not concerned at this time as I did not have the money that was more than I could afford. He went to his truck for 10-15 minutes and returned with his estimates. An out-rageous amount for revamping my whole plumbing system, the second estimates was just as bad. The third estimate (what I wanted done) was also expensive and he could not gaurantee his work would do the repair. He had to call his supervisor as to what would happen if his work did not do the job, and then told me it would be 1/2 of the expensive of the third extimate. When I told him no, he then presented me with a $49.00 service charge. As a senior citizen, I was high frustrated and will not call them again for any business.
Scheduled a service call for hot water heater not working 2 days in advance. I contacted the company at the designated time to confirm the appointment at 1pm today and was told I would be the 2nd appointment. At 3:15 the company called to say that the plumber was tied up since 10 am this morning and they could offer me 2 options: come from 4-6 this evening or Sat for an additional $200 dollars. I asked if the $200 fee could be waived but was told that their company policy did not allow this. I asked if another plumber was available but was told they only have 2 plumbers and the other tech was on another call. This was a bait and switch tactic and they should not have scheduled appointments if they were not adequately staffed. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Fantastic service from setting the appointment to the completion of the project. My water softener despite being brand new was giving us problems. Called to have a technician come out. Our technician, Greg was able to quickly diagnose the issue and it wasn't with the softener unit. He recognized that the problem was with the water meter joints that were disintegrating causing the softener to malfunction. Greg figured up a couple of estimates and options. He was very knowledgeable and efficient allowing us to make the decision on which course to take. He executed the plan and we are delighted with the outcome. Definitely recommend Greg and the Plumbrite folks because of their honesty, professionalism and high level of customer service. Thanks guys!
I paid to have my main drain and water supply line be replace. This was June of 2023. The closet where my water meter comes into the house was leaking water and damaged carpet walls and everything in the area. Plumbrite came out dug up the water line to learn that they did not replace the entire water supply line that I paid for but they left approximately 1 1/2ft of pipe of the water line. The connection point of the new (copper line) was tied to the old (pvc) line and at that connection point it failed and leaked into my home. They put a flare fitting and added the extra copper to finish the rest of the line into my home. Now I'm concerned that this flare fitting is one sitting next to my foundation two a fail point (weak spot) for my water line. When I paid for a brand new line not a spot repair with a splice. Also while using the excavator next to the side of my house they hit my porch that I can see above the ground where now I have a large crack in where I can feel air leaking out of my home. Which will than be another leak issue for my house. I had rent equipment to dry out everything in my home and Plumbrite is making claims this isn't there fault because they think the water came from rain. When they dug up the line I made multiple comments on checking to see where this leak was happening and the guys refused to do so. While the other man said multiple times asking why the line wasn't just replaced all the way the one guys comment was because that's not why I was here. Plumbrite doesn't want to take responsibility for there poor workmanship and asked why I didn't say anything before when this was all done while I was at work I trusted this company to do quality work and not have to babysit them doing this.
Plumber that came out was great, customer service reps were great as well! However, the cost of service is CRAZY! I get you have to run a business, but the plumber literally spent 20 minutes in my house and used a $3 piece and I was charged a ""flat rate"" fee of $350! He spent more time in my drive way after the services were completed then he did doing the job. I think they need to be a little more flexible on pricing for such simple jobs. If you want to charge that amount don't take simple jobs! They have done work in the past for me (Floor drain) and probably charged me about $400 but they were here longer and had to use much more equipment and do more labor. Again please make people aware of your ""Flat rate"" when I booked the appointment I asked the lady how much does something like this run and she said the tech would give the estimate...would have been a great time to say at a minimum it will be $350. Placing a simple cheap valve on my water line cost me $17.50 per minute.
My water heater started leaking over the xmas holiday. I found this company online and scheduled an appointment for the day after the holidays to keep from paying a 160.00 fee for same day service on Xmas eve day. The plumber they sent was knowledgable and professional. When he quoted the price to replace the water heater I about soiled my pants. $2700.00 was the price they gave me. I asked if that was the best they could offer and the plumber went to his truck to call the office. No budging on the price at all. I went to Lowes and got it installed next day for 1400.00 including an expansion tank that I did not originally have. I'd look else where based on cost alone.
Kim P.This was the most horrible experience! We paid after hours to come after 530p on Thursday night. Logan does not know what he's doing. He said he'd take care of us and we didn't hear back from him Friday, Saturday or Sunday. On Monday we received a text that they would arrive at the home between 8a - 9a. They didn't come so we called and they told us Logan would be calling to give us our options. I called the office to complain and she apologized and said she would call me back within 10 minutes. A few hours later she called and said they would get us taken care of. Logan called and gave us a 4000 quote - over twice what it cost to have the same job done last year. it was a difficult job and it was above Logan's skill level and he just didn't want to do the job. Aksarben is coming out today, thank God - 6 days with no hot water. Thank you, Plumbrite and Logan, for leaving us high and dry! Logan told us we are customers he looks forward to helping and he would put a gold star by our name for being so nice. Maybe we were too nice! Skip over this one and call the next company, folks! You will thank me!
I called in regards to getting my bathroom finished and talked to Melanie on the phone. She was great from start to finish and walked me through how the process would work. We set up a time and Logan came out to give me a bid. Logan was friendly and arrived on time. I was happy with the way it all turned out! 5 stars!
