Plumbright came out on contract to fix a leak in our home. It was a small leak at first. They came to fix it but the next day, it was leaking more. They did send someone out to fix it the day after we figured out it was leaking and he fixed it. The tech admitted that it was their fault and even wrote that the previous repair was faulty. When we contacted the manager (Steve) he refused to help. Told us we had to go through our warranty people, however our warranty said that all their contracted businesses are covered by insurance and issues should be resolved with them. Steve again refused to help. I will be sure to decline plumbright for any business in the future.

Need my water heater replaced ASAP. Not only did they get there same day, the service was great. There technician was very professional and even corrected a small issue from the original plumbing install. Had us taking HOT showers in no time. Highly recommend, as the two previous companies no showed me.

My elderly Aunt had a pretty severe sewage issue so she called the PlumbRight emergency phone and the technician was out to her house very quickly and fixed the issue before it got real bad.
The guys were great and even gave her a great price even for being in the middle of the night!!

We called for a very small job, a drain that drained slowly. He said he would come the next day after lunch. No show. Then said the next day. Again no show. Then again he was too busy on a big job and didn't not come. We found another plumber.
