The bottom line: Prices are fair, service and crew fantastic. Quick to respond, fast to complete, courteous and respectful. When a problem arose, they fixed it without extra charge returning with two guys and the supervisor dropping by to make sure it all went well. It did and I am extremely pleased and will be using them again soon. Complete details below if you want the whole story.

I asked PlumbRight to clear a clog in my bathroom and it was a bit troublesome. I live in an older mobile home and have had clogs about every two years since moving in six years ago. Any pipes in or under my home is my responsibility, whereas, all pipes beyond the skirting leading to the main street sewer is the Management's dime. Until this time, it was their part of the pipes causing me problems. Each time prior to sewage backing up into my shower stall, I would hear warning gurgles beneath the drain in my shower. I dread that sound because it means it will back up and bring sewage in but I won't know the moment until it does! I was hearing them for a few weeks when the kitchen sink began leaking.

Before seeking a plumber, I stopped using my kitchen sink so a small puddle that had accumulated beneath the sink under the trailer could dry completely before getting an estimate and have it repaired.

So, I had two buckets in my double sink to wash and rinse my dishes in order to dry the puddle up. I would empty the full water buckets into the toilet because those pipes were unaffected by the kitchen pipe leak. I compounded my plumbing problem when I accidentally missed seeing my stainless steel scrubber go down the toilet when I emptied the bucket. It stuck and plugged the pipe beneath my shower stall! However, only clear water was rising in the shower stall which was good.

I researched reviews and decided on PlumbRight because although they were not the absolute lowest, I liked the reviews. It was $109 for the first hour and $59 for each additional hour. A young man named Louis came and had that stainless steel scrubber out and everything clear in less than an hour.

I started a load of wash later that evening and when the washer was draining, I heard the dreaded gurgling and the gushing of water rising in the shower stall and toilet! I ran and saw raw sewage coming in and ran to shut off the washing machine just in time. It rose to the top of the stall but subsided before it overflowed onto my floor! Oh but there was nasty sewage I had to clean up.

It was late, but I called a left a message for PlumbRight explaining what had happened. I received a call very early the next morning and they sent two men, Louis and Mike, to remedy the problem. I was surprised when Randy, a supervisor, also popped in to make sure all was going well.

I told them I suspected it wasn't the stainless steel scrubber after all, but a clog extending beyond my pipes and the scrubber simply got hung up on it. To be sure, they snaked from the drain pipe into my house and there was no clog. Then they snaked from my house out to toward the city pipes and ran into the mother-load. I told them that it was not my pipes now and the mobile park was responsible. They told me not to worry. There would be no additional charge and they were going to make sure I was good to go before they left! They worked for about 40 minutes using an industrial snake and then spent another 15 minutes seeing if anything I did in my house would cause a backup. I ran water in my bathroom sink, shower, and flushed the toilet all at the same time as they watched the flow pipe to see that it all went out to the street. I also finished the load of laundry to make sure the large amount of water released would not stress the flow. It all worked great.

Before leaving, the supervisor, Randy, showed and explained to me why I have had chronic issues with sewage backup in my bathroom. Evidently, the pipe leading to the sewer is actually running water backwards into my home! He explained how the pipe needs to be up to two feet lower in the ground. It currently is completely above ground. He took pictures and offered to support me when I take this to management and ask them to fix the problem and also to get reimbursed for this job.

The supervisor left and the two young men re-taped the drain pipe. I was and am impressed with PlumbRight and they will definitely be the ones who fix my broken pipe in the kitchen. That review will be shorter but I am betting my experience will be just as great as this one. Great business and I highly recommend them.

Awesome job, guys! There should be tons more great reviews for this company, I highly recommend them. They were referred to me by homeadvisor for some remodelling work for a shower but the manager Randy made it a point to come by the same. day. to quote a price, which couldn't be beat! I mean he was literally there in 30 minutes!! Mike was the plumber who came THE NEXT DAY first thing in the morning. He was courteous, professional, and polite. Plus he really knows his stuff. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!
