Timely emergency service done right. John Erthal was a pleasure to deal with. He was courteous, knowledgable and explained everything well.

John Erthal was prompt, respectful, and clear about what work needed to be done. He was quick and clean and left me so very pleased with the new kitchen faucet installed. Thanks for the great experience!
Beware of the ""bait and switch"". I was quoted a price for a toilet install and it looked reasonable so I approved it so they could do the work. After my toilet was installed, the guy says ""oops"" we entered it into our system wrong and the actual price is - surprise - several hundred dollars higher.
Joan Z.I live 1/2 mile away from their shop. I was not off hours and just needed a toilet unclogged. They came and within 15-20min they arrived and cleared toilet within 5-10min. Cost was $334.00.
Week later I called Bryan Stuckert Plumbing in Glenside for a ruptured basement pipe for outside faucet. They fixed pipe and replaced faucet with a much better one. Parts - $54.00, Labor (1hour, 15min) - $171 for a total of $225. YOU DO THE MATH!!
Diana F.John Erthal fixed my clogged master bath sink today. He was prompt, respectful and kind. I booked on line last Friday, which was easy and allows you to upload photos of your plumbing problem. The office even tried to move my Tuesday appointment sooner (I couldn't take advantage of earlier appointment, though). Thanks PlumbPRO.
Prompt arrival to look at small job. Pushed to upsell out the gate. Quote was 3x the price of next bidder which has a much bigger overhead. This quote did not even include toilet which other quotes did include. Was going to charge $1300 to cut pipe outside of house instead of inside even with if ground was already dug. Only company to even include a price for cutting here insane price difference. Quote also was very unclear what they would do or supply, was left uncertain and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
We had very mixed experiences with Plumbpro. On the one hand they installed a hot water heater and replaced some pipes with what appeared to be professional work priced fairly.
In the course of doing this work, their employee Bill noticed our gas dryer was simply vented into the crawlspace, posing a potentially hazardous situation. We were grateful for his noticing this, but from here our experience went downhill.
There were two remedies for this situation. One was to install a 20 foot vent in the crawlspace, the other was to move the dryer into a utility room and simply vent it out the adjoining wall. The estimate Bill gave us for the former was 689.00, and for the latter, 443.00.
My immediate response was that these estimates were outrageous, and further investigation proved this to be the case. We subsequently had 2 other estimates, one from a contractor, the other from a company specializing in dryer vent installations. Those estimates BOTH weighed in at between 400 to 500 dollars less than the one from Bill at Plumbpro!
I believe Plumbpro was clearly trying to rip off a 65 year old woman who perhaps they judges would not know better. It is the worst case of price gauging we have experienced in 31 years of living in our home. It took a contractor about 30 minutes to install our vent yesterday - does Bill earn 400 dollars an hour?
I am deeply saddened Bill tried to exploit us in this way. Online resources also confirm this kind of installation should cost between 40 to 200 dollars.
Suffice it to say we do not want Bill ever working in our home again, and for now, we have moved on to another plumbing company.
You can try to market yourself with lovely pictures Matt of your wife and kids, but you might do better simply be treating your customers with the decency and respect they deserve.
I can't say enough about how great this company is!!! Matt Chandler, the Owner of the business is, nice, friendly, HONEST, reliable, and does NOT over charge or try to up sell ANYTHING!! Today I needed to have some major plumbing work done (a broken sewer pipe in my yard) that couldn't wait. Matt came out with his crew today and did the whole job in just a few hours. When Matt came out to my house a few weeks ago, he thought the needed repairs were going to be much more extensive than what he did today....he wasn't able to do everything today because of the work restrictions related to the Covid 19 pandemic. After he was done with today's work, he told me that after looking at the pipe he was wrong and I DID NOT need anymore work done...everything is now fixed. The additional work would have been around $3000. I've NEVER had ANYONE tell me I DON'T need work done when it would mean that they would loose money. Also, the cost estimate that he gave me for the work was EXACTLY the same at the end of the job....not a penny more. I know we have all had people come to our homes to do work and it ends up costing more at the end of the job. If any of you ever need a plumber, I hope you will use him!!
Just had Matt and his crew from PlumbPro over a few times to fix some plumbing issues that all seemed to happen within a month of each other. In my 60 years, I've never met a plumber who is so happy to come over and do this job. He's happy about it, works hard, smile never leaves his face and gets the job done well. Even had after hours and weekend calls and they respond SO FAST and charge such reasonable prices. Gets the job done he first time.
This is a plumber who is unlike any other plumber you've ever had. A real plumber who you can trust to do a fantastic job and who is so nice and so authentic. You'll know what I'm talking about the minute you reach out to them. Exemplary service every step of the way!
Thank you to Matt & Amanda and their crew at PlumbPro !!!
I have had them out to my house twice in the last year (on 2 different issues) and couldn't have been happier with them both times. Matt has taken the time to really investigate what is going on and look at all the different possibilities before just ripping into the job. The first time he figured out the issue with the cheapest fix possible! The second time he offered me 2 solutions to the problem (with 2 price tags) and let me pick which way I wanted to go. He took the time to show me what was wrong and explain things. His prices seem very reasonable to me and the work is always done well. Not to mention he and his wife run the business together and they are both very nice and quick to respond.
