Dalton has come to my house a couple times for various plumbing needs, but this time was for replacement of a failed water heater. I had done extensive research and purchased the specific water heater I wanted vs them installing one off their truck. I also wanted him to replace a shower mixing valve and toilet supply valve. In my experience with other plumbers, some are weird about customer supplied parts, even if it's the exact thing they work on, but Dalton had zero issues and was eager to take on the job. The appointment was schedule for Monday at 8am and Dalton showed up exactly on time. Everything went as expected and around the same timeline he predicted, except for one thing with the supply line for the toilet. The line I had ordered wasn't going to work, so Dalton ordered a new line, but because he wasn't able to finish that day, he reduced my bill. This was the first unexpected but appreciated thing. The next was that not only did he change out the mixing valve, but he installed the shower handle, as well as noticed the toilet needed some adjustment to the flushing mechanism and made the changes without additional fees. I thought the call out fee for an estimate was a little strange (vs a lot of companies offering free estimates), but don't let that dissuade you from hiring Dalton/PlumbPro. Overall, very impressed with the quality of service and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Have used Plumb Pro before with fine results. Today, we had Austin over from Plumb Pro to trouble shoot and resolve some stubborn problems in our 1920s Victorian. Austin diagnosed our issues quickly, provided us fair pricing for the proposed work and resolved all issues expertly and right on the spot. Austin is a very capable and courteous Professional - and this was another great job from Plumb Pro!

Very nice people (Lexie and Janisha) and Bruno the plumber was a pleasure to deal with--hard working and honest. Explains everything he is doing. Good company. This is the best eperience I've had with a company, starting with excellent customer service from Lexy. I spoke to Johnny, and he kindly explained the process to me before his plumber, Trit, came to my home. Trit was courteous and did a great job! He gave me some great tips to prevent further problems, too. (A plumber from another company tried to charge me 150% more, and what he wanted to do probably wouldn't have worked anyway.) This comany is GREAT!
