We recently bought a house in Peoria and hired Gary/PlumbNow to remove a walk-in tub and replace with a normal bathtub. The replacement tub he installed has cracked in a number of areas and we attempted to contact Gary to make repairs. He quickly blocked our phone numbers and we now need to find a new plumber to make things right. Overall an incredibly unprofessional, awful experience. I would give zero stars if possible.

Had an underground leak from our watering system.. we called plumbnow and Gary was able to come out same day. He was able to diagnose the problem and had everything resolved by the end of the day.. this is the plumber we will use from now on. A friend had recommended this plumber to me and I'm glad she did. Gary and his partner came the same day and quickly identified the source of the problem. Gary showed me where the problem was coming from and identified why the pipe had leaked in the first place. He upgraded the PVC joint to help prevent future issues. Also, his price was less than the other two verbal quotes I received over the phone.

We bought a house that's older than we are and it has come with some unique problems. Gary helped us fix one of them ... when we bought the place, the guest bathtub faucet leaked and the diverter never worked right, so when a guest tried to take a shower more water came out the spout than the shower head. We called a different plumber out and he quoted us $960 to fix it. Then we had Gary come out. Gary did the job for less than half that, and the results are beautiful. He was kind to our kids, and the kind of person I want to invite back to do more work at our special, old house.

This plumber was recommended by my late grandfather. They completed some plumbing work in the past on his rentals. PlumbNow recently replaced a water heater for them. He did a good job at my place and at a reasonable price. They were on time. They cleaned up the mess and gave me some advice to prevent future clogs with older plumbing issues. I will call again if needed.

I called Plumb Now to get a quote on some creative plumbing that had been done to my home. The issue was that the direct line to the home was cut and re-plumbed using all PVC. So, basically, an Arizona nightmare.

Gary was prompt to respond and got to the property to look it over in a timely matter. I had received previous quotes from other companies at 60% higher than Gary, from Plumb Now quoted me for the exact same job. He was great to follow-up and communicate with me before we scheduled.

Gary came on a Saturday with his helper and they spent most of the day on this nightmare of a job. I felt bad that it seemed to turn into such a fiasco, I told him it was a ""creative homeowner fix""! They did not charge me more for the extra parts or the overage, they stayed and did the job, the right way.

Pleasantly pleased to find no mess to clean up and everything was neatly buttoned up! I will definitely be calling Gary again for any future needs and I definitely wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone.

I had been referred to them by my father. Tom and Gary did a great job. Gary even suggested ways to save some money. They were very knowledgeable, polite and professional. We had a water softener put in and love it! I totally would recommend them and have them come back for other projects. Their number is on our emergency call list. I read one of the other reviews about their driving and REALLY, like one incident should make that decision not to use them lol

Overpriced!!! Will not use again.
Pros: fixed the same day
Cons: charged $245 for a tub/shower cartridge ($39 in HD). The issue I have is that he quoted spare part $190 plus 12% mark up plus $45 service charge. As it turned out the mark up on a part was over 480%!!!!
