the plumber, Garrett Pacheco, was wonderful. He came thinking it was a job that wasn't going to be really involve. As we explained what we had had done before and how they weren't able to fix it, he listened, inspected the problem and came up with how to fix it. There were additional problems with that popped up but he just kept going. At the end he cleaned up after himself which impressed me. I would have them and especially Garrett take care of our plumbing needs.

If I could give negative or zero stars for this plumbing company, I would. Put simply, they are crooks and robbing seniors of their retirement money. My mom called to have her water heater replaced and they charged over $8000. When we questioned how they felt this was ethical, their response was ""we are a christian company"". Well I don't know any other plumber that hides behind their religion while ripping people off. Please, please stay away from this company as they seem to have no shame in charging more than 3x what any other reputable company would charge.

Big shout out to Plumbline Services and specifically Service Tech Dylan Mecham. I had an appointment for a service yesterday at the house. When Dylan called to indicate he was on his way, I told him my sister was at the house but unfortunately, we had a medical emergency and my husband and I were at the hospital. Dylan cleaned out our main sewer line and indicated we did not need any additional work. He told my sister it was a small job and refused payment because it sounded like we had enough to deal with right now. He was right about that! BUT we haven't experienced this type of kindness and honesty in quite a while. THANK YOU Dylan. We have used Plumbline in the past and we have been happy with the results, but Plumbline has now moved to the top of our list for recommendation.

Our tech, Jeremy, kept us in the loop about the timeframe during installation and discussed any road bumps they hit along the way. Our service professional from Plumbline was Martin Agustin Jr. He was professional and knowledgeable. His recommendation to replace a toilet was the best route. Martin was knowledgeable found the problem, and also recommended a pressure valve for our 42 year old home. He gave us 4 options to do the repairs. We picked the most involved option. He was able to replace our toilet with a Toto comfort height toilet and installed our pressure valve THE SAME DAY!
He was an excellent communicator and efficient worker. We are very satisfied!

You tried to scam me into buying a new unit for 9k!!!!!! Had another company come out and they fixed my ac for $300. You never gave me the option to fix it and said we needed a new unit. I have called your company multiple times this week to discuss this and of course no return calls from your manager.
