Update to my review for Plumbline Services on June 8, 2025.
I was able to get in touch with Plumbline Services on 6/18/25. While I still do not totally agree with their pricing model, after discussions with their representative, they did make an adjustment to the bill for services that were performed in my initial review. While not as much as I would like, they are to be commended for working with customers to resolve issues that have occurred.
I asked them to come to my home and set my toilette after I had it snaked and the ""snake"" person said I needed to hire a plumber. I called Plumbline and they sent out a ""technician"" for a $60.00 charge which seems to be the normal charge these days. He came in, looked at the hole in my bathroom floor and told me the floor around the toilette was rotted and I needed to hire someone to replace the floor around the toilette, first. Then he tried to charge me $260.00. I told him ""no."" He didn't do anything. I would pay him the trip charge and that was all. He postured at me and told me he was a licensed plumber. I told him I didn't care what his license was, he didn't do anything and I wasn't going to pay him anymore than the trip charge. He said he was going to call his boss and walked away to make a private phone call. He came back and begrudgingly said he would accept the $60.00. Not calling this company again. I wonder if their ""technicians"" make commissions.
My hot water heater quit working. When the tech arrived he showed me that in addition to the tank being broken the vent pipe had come loose from the tank and carbon monoxide was spewing out each time the water heater came on. I panicked and wanted it fixed. They charged $7,000 to replace one hot water heater! Truly outrageous. I am a single elder woman who made a huge error in judgement.
Ryan came out today for AC maintenance check - very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. Answered all questions and offered advice for keeping the AC operating properly and the fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend Ryan and Plumbline for AC maintenance and repairs.

Carolyn P.We returned home after being away for a few days to find that a secondary line from the kitchen sink/washing machine was clogged. Went to the Tom Martino Referral List (first mistake) and called Plumbline and they came out the next day. The trainee tried snaking the pipe through the kitchen drain. They could go out 75 feet to the main but yet it was still clogged. The trainer also tried to clear the line and went out 75 ft and said it was still clogged. Time for the cameraman who said they needed to rip up the concrete in the basement to see what's going on in the cast iron pipe. 4 .5 feet for $5950, with the expectation it could be more depending on what they find. Also took asbestos sample of two linoleum tiles, one laid in 1995 and the other in 2012. He said he was required by the state of Colorado to do so. My research shows that it was such a small area (4 square feet) that it was not required. Also he did not contain the samples, so if asbestos was involved he would have contaminated my home and carpet. The whole thing did not sit well with me. I contacted AAA Plumbing (second mistake)and had them come out. That lazy person didn't bother to even try to get it unclogged but said he would replace 15 ft of the secondary line for $9,000. Called my brother-in-law who is a master plumber in Wyoming to get his opinion. He said he would come down and see what was going on. He snaked the line from the washing machine not from the pipe upstairs and had our draining unclogged within a few minutes! We did not need these unnecessary repairs that they were trying to sell us!
Interesting fact. I have shared this with many people and many have said they also had been ripped off by Plumbline. I only gave them a one because I had to. Otherwise I would have give them a 0
I had Web Bush come out to do a maintenance check on my AC before the heat of the summer hits. I requested Web because he had come out 9 months earlier to do a furnace check and he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and eager to answer any and all of my questions. I highly recommend working with Web if you can!
Chris H.Derek did a great job! He was punctual and knowledgeable. He explained my issue very clearly with my leaking water heater. He checked my warranty information and helped me contact the manufacturer. I'm very happy with the service.
Daniel B.We had Helen Graham out to our home to do our annual AC and Furnace check. She was on time, professional, and kind!
The week before our appointment, we found out that we had a MAJOR HVAC issue from when the house was built that caused a mold problem. When we showed Helen the issue, she jumped into action quickly on giving us an estimate and working with us to understand why the issue needed to be fixed ASAP.
I cannot emphasize this enough: the world needs more Helens. She helped our family out in a moment of panic and gave us a fix same day. She also helped us find some discount coupons and made things work for our budget.
Thanks Helen and Plumbline!
I had (will note renew) a VIP service agreement with them and waited 6 weeks for a maintenance check for the AC, only to have the cancel as they were overbooked. I do not believe VIP is worth anything as it is NOT the guarantee they claim it is.
We had our Sewer line replaced from the house to the street in June 2024. Very good service and the crew were very friendly and respectful while they worked all day on the job. Cleaned up the yard when they left. We were told they would return in 6 months to compact the dirt and finish strengthening the drain pipes, but haven't received a call back from them. We have called 3 times and have been told that they would give our name and number to the guy that needs to come and finish the job but we have never heard back from him. We paid a lot of money to have this job done and don't want to pay for someone else to come finish it, Plumbline Services owes us money back or needs to come finish the job that they started.
